Literally the slowest dunkin I?ve ever been to. The line is always out into the road. Waited in line for 10 minutes before... getting to the order window only to be told they can?t make frozen drinks. So now I?m stuck in the line. As busy as this store was the staff was friendly and quick. The Associate that was working the counter showed stellar patience.... The customer ahead of me had three young boys with him and the counter associate worked with them to get their order correct anddone quickly. Read more

A normal bakery has a closed display case of donuts, etc. This place has their donuts on trays behind the counter. What happens... when the donuts sit out for an extended period of time. They get stale, and that's exactly what my dozen donuts were. Donutshere would only be good in the morning. Either they get something to keep their donuts fresh or they just continue selling staledonuts. Read more
I usually always stop by and get excellent service. As I was ordering today a girl employee taking my order talked to me very... rudely through the speaker. I pulled up and and asked for her name an employee who took my payment gave me her name ?Felix?. Shecame over and I kindly told her can you please can you not be rude while taking orders. I really love going to dunkin but I was very disgusted by how one of the employees attitude was towards us. We only ordered 2... coffees and she was very disrespectful. Her name was felix after we addressed her about not having to be disrespectful all sheanswered back was ?go cry about it? I believe this dunkin needs better staff and management. Read more
No exaggeration, there is 25 people in this lobby. Waiting on food, waiting on ordering. I'm not waiting in line to fix my order... because my breakfast sandwich isn't toasted. Just reassured that dunking donuts is not the place for me. Read more
I would give a 0 if I could. The order arrived fast however not able to eat right away. The snack bacon was cold and the... matcha ice latte had to much milk. The milk over power the drink. Also donut holes was not fresh. Call the manger argue insteadof correcting the mistake. Nasty will never order their again. Read more
