This place makes me wish their we negative stars to give. Cleanliness doesnt exist here. Absolutely terrible wait times and... multiple incorrect/ incomplete orders (including ours) just in the time we waited for our food. It would have been faster tocatch the chicken our self. I looked at their app before I went to get food so I knew what we wanted and could just order and not take up more time since... everyone had the same idea because of hurricane Ian. We waited in line for 45 minutes to be told they were only accepting cash.Not happy we left to go to a ATM came back waited another 45 minutes to be told their menu is different from their app..Theywould not let us pick our sides and then told me I had to pay more to change the sides THEY picked that we didn?t want. It costme $10.00 more then what it should have. $90.00 and a hour and a half later for 2 orders of 12 tenders and 2 sides which itsaid 3 sides. I will NEVER go back!!! Read more
It was ok but a somewhat messy. When I order my family meal, they didn't had any carbonated beverages. Bathrooms weren't clean.... I think this location can better it's appearances. Read more
Very busy location, but they seem to manage to keep the drive-thru moving. KFC is what it is and usually fills the need. Noticed... that prices have really gone up lately. I am sure this is a result of modern economic woes, but even these prices seemed a bitmuch. Overall, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the sides never disappoint. Read more
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION! I love KFC and nothing can change that but this place really raises the bar. We went in and... ordered a big to go meal right before they closed and we?re out around ten minutes with all fresh food. We never checked our bagso we did unfortunately miss a couple things so the next day we went in and requested our coleslaw and gravy (& to order moremash potatoes) and they requested our receipt and replaced our whole order. All $50+ of our meal from the day prior and evenadded some cookies. Very happy with their service and consideration of their customers! Read more
I order dinner for the family Tonight so while I am waiting I watch the young lady give a guy some food he goes through the bag... checking to see if his order was right just to realize that it wasn?t his order he gives it back to her she apologized and saidsir this is your food I asked well can you remake my food this gentleman just rambled through these bags and food and with Covidspiking again I don?t think I was being unreasonable with that request I was told no they couldn?t do it then I asked themanager if I can just get a refund if your not able to remake my meal and Again I was told that wasn?t possible so at this pointIm so frustrated that I leave the restaurant with out my food or my money. This Kentucky fried chicken it is amazing, great customer service, great food fresh, nice and clean, nice and caring staff... members. I recommend this place particularly hands-down no doubt.
