Just went through the drive through and the girl taking my money was not nice, no hello how are you no thank you nothing then I... get up to get my food and not one word no hello no how are you no thank you would you like salt or pepper nothing handing me mybag handy me my drinks with an attitude and then when I asked to get hot fries after paying almost $9 for just french fries Igot an attitude. I work for hard for my money and when I pay almost $9 for two french fries I want them hot. This McDonald'salways a problem every time I decide to give it another try I'm still disappointed. Manager of this place needs to setexpectations on customer service. If the employees don't want to show customer service then they don't need to be working. Myunderstanding customer service is part of their pay. I do have to say I just got my hot french fries and the Young gentlemanthat hand to me was very nice He said here you go ma'am Sorry and have a good day there you go give that boy a raise take itaway from the other to the don't know customer service. This place is hit and miss. Took 3 kids in for happy meals because I thought it would be easier than drive-thru. They had a... new girl working the counter and it took her a good 10 minutes to get our order in. Read more

Eh basically your typical mcds folks there are under age or act like they are. Lucky if you get your meal correctly if you order... it your way, and typically your waiting a while for your food. Hate only giving it 3 stars but I'm starting to get a littledisappointed in the pay rate to good meal ratio. They pay great but can't get a meal worth a darn anymore. Worst McDonald?s to ever go to. Stay away from this one. I don?t know why I always give this place a chance but they always mess... up the orders. They always give less than what you actually pay for. And the staff?! No all but many of them are rude anddisrespectful and don?t have any idea of customer service, especially at night. To get good service you have to be a certaintype of person. And if you?re law enforcement, I feel for you all. I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe combo from the drive through. I also added a 10 piece chicken nugget?s. The person taking my... order was very pleasant and read back my order. When I got to the cashier, I was charged for the combo only. I explained to thecashier that I ordered the chicken nuggets as well and the person taking the order confirmed my order, reading it back to me.The cashier apologized and reordered my chicken nuggets and charged my card a second time, prompting a manager approval, sincemy card was being charged for a second time. The cashier was also very friendly and pleasant. The manager then arrived and askedthe cashier if this was an add on. The cashier said yes. The manager proceeded to chastise the cashier, in a very unprofessionaltone. She told her that if the customer fails to make the order in their initial contact, they will need to be sent back aroundthe line and start over with the add on. I tried to explain to the manager that I did order everything and received confirmationback but she just rolled her eyes to me and continued back to where she came from. We got a large fry from this McDonald's. Besides the fact that they weren't crispy at all, they didn't even fill it up to the... top, but from eye level, looks like there is nothing in the box.
