Very unprofessional who ever picked up the phone asked a question to know what time they closed cause I went there last night... at 7:30 pm and it was closed and to my surprise they close at 10 when it says 11:00pm when you look them up in google,and youcan?t even understand them cause all they do is mumble, and has the audacity to give you an attitude ,if you don?t like your jobquit. Not my fault if you?re having a bad day or if didn?t have enough staff on Halloween , dealing with customers you got tobe a people person. Leave your attitude and problems at home. Read more
Manager and Employees add extra tips to credit cards without telling you. I went in and tried to ask why there was an extra... charge on my card & they told me I did it? Simply trash! 2 employees, literally holding up the restaurant. They have the door locked, customers standing outside! to pick... up food orders?the female employee with tattoos on her arms(it?s not about the tattoos, just describing who she is) sticks herarm outside the door and practically throws the food at you. To then have her say ?do you have a problem ? ?yes as a matter offact, we (including the other 4 ppl standing outside who have placed online orders) do have a huge problem?.and to whom everowns this establishment, DO way better! I placed an online order, walked in to pick it up, and they did not have chicken or steak -which was pretty much my entire... order. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to figure out how to do a refund, and ended up getting no food. I was going to order adrink but they were out of ice too, and I'm not drinking a warm drink. Ordered through the app 2 subs. (One with chicken, one with philly cheesesteak). Go in to pick it up. They have NEITHER chicken... OR cheesesteak. Had to inconvenience myself 15 minutes while I wait for a refund and leave with neither sandwich I ordered. Read more
We ordered for delivery and unfortunately if you're not there when they're making the salad, they will barely fill half a bowl -... but you pay full price.
