Have gone there twice. 1x we dined in. Quick 2 take our order but waited much too long 4 2 soups n a sub sandwich. Last time we... ordered n then went n picked it up. Got 1 of their tomato pies. Don't bother!! Cheese steak sandwich was awful. Meat waschewy,too much sauce,and barely enuff cheese 2 taste! Very sloppy n not worth it. Desserts r really good but over priced. Absolutely amazing!! SO many choices, hot, fresh and delicious!! The staff is friendly and informative. If you haven't been... there, you don't know what you are missing. My best recommendation is to come hungry!! Read more
We arrived 35 minutes after placing our order, and after waiting another 30 minutes I asked what was up. They then said they... couldn't even find my order. They also couldn't have cared less that they messed up. Demanded a refund and promptly left. Toomuch to put up with for mediocre (at best) food. This wasn't the first time we had an issue, but it will definitely be thelast. The cashier was already on "strike 2" according to the woman who refunded her money. Guess she struck out tonight. The food is delicious. My personal favorite is the traditional Cuban. You can't go wrong with a pressed cuban. I do recommend... calling ahead. It does cut down on the wait time you are without food Read more
We ordered pick up and we are blown away with the flavors of our sandwiches. I got the dirty birdie and my husband got the... Italian, again so delicious. The size of the sandwich and quantity of meat is perfect! We are truly impressed and look forwardto trying more on their menu!!! Read more
This place is really good. Is it knock your socks off good, nope. Would I come back? Yes. Vast variety of sandwiches, desserts,... and burgers. The rueben sandwich was pretty good. Texas cheese fries were tasty even though they weren't as I expected. Bit Iwould definitely come back here again. Read more
YUM! Love Cuban sandwiches and The Hot Tomato has a good one! All the way adds a small fee but it is worth it. Portion was GREAT... for a lunch. Only 1 size Cuban. Chips/drink is a good value add. Approx $12-$15 lunch. Bakery items & Devil crabs lookedawesome. Indoors is decorated very nicely. Clean overall appearance. Staff is very polite. I would recommend this spot! ???? Read more
Walked in at 11:00 AM. No greeting by our food taker Lizzy R. Ordered 1 cheeseburger with fries, 10 Buffalo wings that didn't... look like Buffalo wings, barely any Buffalo sauce on them, fries with cheese and bacon, and a tenderloin sandwich, and 3fountain drinks...........all for $55.00. The tenderloin sandwich I asked for NO MAYO, but it came on a bun with nothing, nolettuce, pickle or tomato on it. Took it back to the counter and ask where was the lettuce, pickle and tomato? Lizzy says yousaid PLAIN...... no I didn't say PLAIN, I only said NO MAYO. We also ordered 3 drinks. We to the fountain to fill ourcups.......NO ICE!!! Walked back to the counter and ask if they had an ice machine in the back.......NOPE! Soda selections,coke, coke, coke zero, lemonade and Hi-C fruit punch. Where is the Sprite for people who don't like caffeine drinks??? Ask forthe lunch special 2 slices of pizza and a drink.....NOPE no pizza. I realize they had just opened up, but the young lady,didn't even say, it might be 20 minutes and we can have pizza for you, but she didn't say anything, just no pizza! We waitedfor 30 minutes for our food anyway. The cheese fries with bacon came out cold, so you know they cooked the fries first and theysat while they cooked everything else. Personally, your ad in the weekly paper was the best thing going for this place. Thefood in the ad is what brought us in looked so inviting, but we won't be going back, not for $18.33 a person.
