Wendy's is in our top two fast food choices. This particular location needs a change of management in our opinion. The team... works, but not together. The focus is the drive-thru. The bun on our Dave's doubles tasted stale. The fries were dark in colorand cold like it is well past the need to change the fryer oil. The lobby condiment and drink station is basically empty(ketchup out and only one drink machine working.) I am surprised the young man working the lobby and counter hasn't quit hisjob--NO SUPPORT with a line of customers with food waiting for lobby folks. Not your typical Wendy's. The Wendy's here is pretty good. It's similar to most I guess, but they usually don't take all that long to get your items out... to you. I went here two weeks ago to try the Pretzel Pub and was pleased. They didn't skimp too much and it was definitelyfilling. The fries were good as well. I've yet to learn my lesson, but the bacon cheese fries are always sub-par. Not just here,but at all locations. I think I know why, but it's interesting that the preparation for this item is consistent across eachlocation. The spicy nuggets are pretty good. A bit pricey for what you get, but good. The employees here were friendly, sothat's always a big plus. Even though there was a long line, we didn't have to wait too long for our orders. I also like theplacement of this location. Incredibly slow drive through. Wasted almost 40 minutes. You would at least expect the food to be fresh if they're so busy and... letting people sit at the speaker for multiple minutes, but the food wasn't particularly fresh as if it had been there under thewarmer for a while. Interaction with an employee at the window was fine, but everything else is best described as bad. Read more
Staffing issues are apparent, 4 people working to deal with the stuff they have to deal with. Our order was hot, and fresh,... utilized the self service ordering, I don't think they could have taken my order based on the number of staff working. IF youhave high expectations of great service, and a warm welcoming experience YOU WON'T get it here, this location has no staff, thelobby was dirty, trash was overflowing, and we were never welcomed. I don't expect any type of customer service any longer,however the food was fresh and service was sufficient for what I paid for. Read more
Breakfast is only available till a certain hour, I walked in at 11.50 and despite a huge BREAKFAST flag on the front it was past... the time. Sic. I asked for a coffee (espresso is not available) and I got about a pint of hot brown flavourless liquid.Amen. #sorryimitalian #sorrynotsorry Read more
I ordered the new Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger to go from the Wendy's at 3725 Sun City Center Blvd, Ruskin, FL 33573. I got it... home, opened the wrapper and what i saw was a disgusting representation of what the burger (based on the advertisements) issupposed to look like. If this is how Wendy's chooses to rip customers off, then I'll never eat at any of their "restaurants"again! Shame on Wendy's for allowing this garbage posing as food! Food is standard Wendy?s fare. No complaints. Great place for a quick (sometimes) inexpensive meal. They often have a long drive... through line. Chili and baked potato are a nice addition to the junk food menu. Read more
