Ordered meatloaf thinking it was a simple and safe choice but was disappointed with the lack of flavor for a Cuban restaurant.... Not sure if they thought the sweet tomatoes on top would enhance the flavor? Bean soup was delicious along with the garlicpotatoes. Read more

We love this place. We don't stop in as much as we probably should. Probably a good thing we don't for the waist lines,... wow. The service is always excellent. The food is always excellent. The portions are always massive. If you leave herehungry, it's you're own fault. I do not recall being able to finish a full meal. Had a quick visit for a Cuban and chips thatdid nit disappoint. Wanted to give this place a try I wanted to love it , Unfortunately to say it was horrible is an understatement. Came here with... my family . Upon first walking in The smell of mildew and mold hit my nose. I SHOULD'VE Left at that moment. The waitress wasnice ,seemed as if she was always in a rush however ,even though there was only 10 people in the restaurant in total , 5 ofwhich was my family . I ordered the Grilled Grouper and shrimp - order comes out - it's battered . Waitress goes and fixes theorder . Food comes back out in less then 10 minutes and MY FISH WAS RAW. SHRIMP AND GROUPER RAW !!!! No seasoning what so ever . My daughter ordered the ropa Veja and the rice was crunchy and the meat tasted like whatever pot it was stored in. My sonordered the kids burger which tasted like rubber . He gagged on it twice trying to eat it . Was just a horrible experience allthe way around. Read more

My son and I stopped in on our way home from kayaking at E G. Simmons Park. I really loved every aspect of my meal. The place is... really nice and comfortable inside. The murals are spectacular. The Cuban music in the background adds to the experience. Thefood is all fresh. We started with salads and Cuban bread. Their salads are not your average run of the mill kind; they areflavorful. We had a meat sampler with their pulled pork and other Cuban dishes. My son picked up the quality of their pulledpork right away, "it's not dry, like most places" he told me. Read more

A nice little place that seems to be a fusion between Cuban, Puerto Rican, and Tex-Mex. Unfortunately they don?t really... specialize in either one it seems. The food is definitely tasty though. The servers are super friendly which was nice. As forfood, we loved the plantains, the tres leches cake, the bread pudding is the best I have ever had, the ropa vieja is supertasty, as well as the roasted pork, and the palomilla steak sandwich was really nice. The fried grouper had some of the bestcream sauce I have ever tasted Some food we thought could use improvement was the devil crab appetizer and the picadillo waskinda bland and dry for us. Anyways, we probably would come back again at some point! Read more

Great Cuban food! We had a late lunch. We were seated quickly and served within a reasonable amount of time. Family oriented... atmosphere with a cool vibe. Plenty of room for a small group. Very affordable. House made Sangria w/sugar rim was my favoritepart. It was mildly sweet and very tasty. Cuban sandwich was good and met our expectations. Chicken mojo was a bit dry for mypreference, but it still good. I think it really depends on who?s in the kitchen preparing the food. It?s easy to slightlyovercook chicken breast, especially if it?s been marinated in a citrus brine. I asked for a side of dipping sauce for my chipsand also put some on my mojo chicken sandwich. They brought out a small homemade salad dressing. It was good. Spanish potatoesare not the kind that have been cubed and cooked with sofrito red sauce. They are a house made potato chip w/a sofrito blendseasoning. Restaurant appeared to be clean. Bathrooms could?ve been a bit cleaner. All in all, we had a good experience andwould return with other guests. Read more

Nice and clean restaurant. This is a one time visit, they charge extra for everything (.35 for lettuce .35 for tomatoes if you... order a sandwich and $2.00 for chips). The food was just ok. The steak sandwich didn?t have any flavor. Not authentic Cuban riceand beans. The Ropa Vieja was good. The portions were ok for the price. Read more
