The staff are all pretty nice people and the manager Fran is off the charts an Amazing woman. The whole kitchen crew really... pulls together to make it work. The pizza is wonderful and if your lucky enough to have one made by Mathaniel or James yourheads will roll.! Keep up the good work Casey's! Read more

Today 6-14-20 approximately 4:00PM I called to place an order through the kitchen to get a large pizza half breakfast and half... chicken bacon ranch, the male worker who I believe works in the kitchen was extremely rude saying they cannot make due to crosscontamination, I know first off that?s not a thing due to working there before and then them both being dairy products, and thenhe rudely says well we are out of ranch anyway, I can?t make it after he rants about the cross contamination aspect, and then Icall At approximately 10:14PM to place an order which I have made an order this late before, and the same male staff from thekitchen answers the phone, and I ask to place an order please and he rudely says the kitchen is closed and slams hangs upabruptly. I like the food there but the service is extremely poor in Russell, KS. Read more
This place shouldn?t even be aloud to serve food. The restroom was extremely dirty. There were cockroaches all over in it.... Floors throughout the entire building looked as if they hadn?t been swept in months. Clerks customer service was very poor. Read more

I do not post much, but I wanted to give this store credit. We pulled up to get gas (running on empty) to find out that the... whole town was out of power. The employees at the store were awesome and brought out ice water and snacks for us and our dogwhile we waited. Read more
