Service has gone downhill since new owners took over. Wait time for food is so much longer. Food is more expensive as is not... good at all now. Purchased hot chicken burgers for family and we all got sick from it the next day.They were also so dry. Won?tbe going back again.Would not recommend going there if you can help it. It?s too bad used to enjoy eating there but will nolonger be eating from this location. Read more
Gave me cold fries and refried burger patty. Asked them to give a fresh fries the man in the back put the fries I gave him back... in the oil and the lady again gives me old fries. Read more
Tables were so dirty that my Clorox wipe came out black. Food is always good at A&W though

The food took forever, and the Nashville Hot Chicken was dry and overcooked. Any sauce on the sandwich was on the wrapper. The... burgers were just thrown in the wrappers. The food was extremely salty and very expensive for fast food. Onion rings, 2 fries, 2teen burgers and a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich combo was almost $70.00 WOW!! Read more

The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. Our family is large and the order was accurate and out in a reasonable... amount of time. On the other hand we were here in the evening and the only table that would accommodate us faced the door andthe glare was atrocious, more seriously the entire building reeked of cleaner or some sort of perfumed air freshener, I have MCSand will be ill for a minimum of 24 hours due to the exposure.
