If I could do a 0 I would. Went and got lunch today and the food was cold and not even fresh the burgers were still pink in the... middle. The only half way warm thing was the fries and they wasn't even that hot. They stuffed all the food I had into one smallbag which ripped as soon as I got it into my car. The employees were rude and not friendly at all. Will not be going back andgiving them my service again. Worst service I've ever experienced. Read more
Was in and out, My order was correct and sandwiches were made with care. This location offers a nice, open layout for the dining... room/lobby area. Along with offering many seats for customers. Lobby area and inside was clean. The staff were friendly whiletaking my order All the way to assembling the sandwiches themselves. Family friendly, wheelchair accessibly and a fast movingdrive thru. Recommend this location if in the Russell Springs area. Stupendous place to stop by on your way through or if justneeding a quick bite to eat for yourself, date or out with friends or family. Stopped at drive thru and headsets were down. Waited in line for 10 minutes. Got to window and they would not serve us... breakfast. It was 10:32. They should have been taking orders and have customers pull over and bring them their food instead oftaking one order at a time and filling it. Never will I go back here. Read more
Came to get a frosty-chino didn?t have the chocolate so we said vanilla would be fine. We bought 3. Didn?t have enough... flavoring to even change the color of the drink. Had to bring it home and fix it to be able to drink it. The woman working thewindow was rude as well. She was belittling the other employee in front of us. Pretty sure she made our drinks like she didbecause I was being nice to the other lady. Read more
As far as Wendy's goes this one is way down the list. Been there multiple times and food has never once been fresh or even hot.... Last time I visited the drive thru speaker wasn't working so had to wait in a 20 minute line for food that was not well preparedat all. Will not be going back. Read more
Soon as I got outta the car it stunk bad. Get inside it stunk even worse. Looking around thers garbage here n there on the floor... no straws or napkins out. The employees dudnt look good either they looked sloppy and greasy hair just hanging there no hairnet. Gross needless to say I turned around and I just walked right out the door. I love Wendy's 2.
