A bust. I have enjoyed Subway in many locations. Loved most of them but I would not recommend this one.
This store has been OK in the past even though I've never been happy with the fact that they don't honor online promotions or... coupon codes. However, I'm done wasting my money here. The last five times that I ordered here, my order hasn't been right. Iplace my orders on the app and all the ingredients are listed right on the receipt that's attached to my bag. It shouldn't bethat difficult to go down the list and be sure that everything is there. Two times I had ordered chips and a drink and gotneither. I wasn't the one picking the order up, so I wasn't there to catch it. The last three sandwiches I've ordered havebeen pathetic...at least 3 to 4 items left off, no condiments, no cheese, burnt bacon, etc. I realize no one is perfect and itwould be different if it was just one error here and there but it seems to me that neither the employees or managementappreciate their customers and that they feel that they don't need my business; therefore, I'm going to help them out and takemine elsewhere. I got here at 8:28 pm and they had their sign on open but both doors locked. The girls inside a white Girl and black girl were... just laughing at me without having the decency to come tell me they were closed. I then proceeded to the drive through and theysaw me and didn?t even acknowledge me. They close at 9 so I think it?s ridiculous to have their open sign up and make fun ofcustomers who think it?s open without even telling them anything. Will never be back to this subway. Read more
If you want a decent Subway (even the best are quite mediocre tbh) you need to go to Colbert County. The locations there have... better hours and actually honor coupons. Read more
Sandwich great at always. Just disappointed in customer service. Why is boss man belittling workers in front of customer? The... young man was doing great until the boss man started talking ugly to him.. I beleive helping one another and if you can't talknice keep it yourself. Read more
I went in at 2:50pm on 11/8/2022, the short dark haired lady with glasses was rude the entire time for no reason. At checkout I... asked for a package of mayo, the guy gave me one. As we walked out she was climbing him up and down for giving me a pack ofmayo. Saying those are for party trays only. (A lie). I felt so bad for that guy. He was nice and competent the entire time,unlike her. So if you see this dude, Thanks for the mayo, she was just taking her bad day out on us. Read more
