I give 2 stars because, the night time manager Charles, is a RUDE and unprofessional person who need more training or schooling... on how to talk to people. He wasn't just rude to me but to other customers and co workers too.. People like this don't need tobe in the customer service business. If you don't like your job, don't take out your anger on others! I don't know if uppermanagement knows of his actions, but I surely hope someone really read these comments. Pilot travel center with clean bathrooms. As I was getting there, an employee was putting up the sign, that due to plumbing... issues the showers were out of order. Thankfully I was not planning on that anyway. Large selection of coffee, snacks, and evenat 6 AM, various sausages on the grill, ready to go. The bananas were definitely too green to eat. Read more

Clean bathrooms, good service, and the Subway is great too. Sometimes the soda machines are out of a certain flavor and you get... water, but otherwise wonderful. Gas prices are good too. Read more
