I called in a pick order and the girl who answered was very nice and I didn't have a problem ordering exactly what we wanted!!... On pick up the guy at the window greeted us with a smile and really nice as well. You don't get that to often they seemed toreally enjoy there job!! Read more
Literally one of the worst pizzas I?ve ever had. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and as soon as I opened the box it just looked... horrible. The cheese was grainy and runny and just slid right off the crust which was also undercooked and falling apart. Firstand last time ordering from here, would not recommend. Read more
Make sure you put all toppings that customer has ordered on the pizza. I ordered a pizza with bacon ham banana peppers onions... mushrooms pineapples and roma tomatoes. My pizza only had bacon ham banana peppers onions and mushrooms. I was still charged forthe two toppings I didn't get. I stupidly ordered again and instead of a hand tossed and a thin and crispy I got two hand tossedpizzas. I myself do not like hand tossed that's why I ordered the thin and crispy. I do not recommend ordering from thisparticular Pizza Hut because they can't get their orders right. Read more
I ordered a large supreme pizza and there was no cheese on top of the pizza to hold the toppings. Also if I come to dine in I am... afforded parmesan cheese and peppers on the table, if I order the same to be delivered I am only afforded parmesan and orpeppers if I want to pay for the condiments, there should not be such a difference for the same meal. This is not the case atcorperate stores but only at franchised stores such as your store in Russellville, AR ordered aagian and same senerio also a gutrepresentative identified himself as assistant manager was rude and when I ask for his manager he stated that she was on thephone and busy.
