Sometimes this place gets it right but most of the time they don?t. It is not due to a lack of employees as I have seen plenty... standing around. As a longtime Starbucks drinker, I am sad to say today was the last straw for us - we placed a mobile order andwent to the store 15 minutes later only to have to wait another 20 minutes for them to tell us they did not have the ingredientsfor one of our drinks. Losing our business won?t hurt them so they will not change but hopefully other people get betterservice. Read more
Literally always something wrong every time I go here. They never have all the components, their blending and decaf machines are... constantly broken, and downright refusing to add extra ice to my drinks because "we broke their blender ordering extra ice everyday". They even had the audacity to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about when I say my drink isn't right (they forgot toadd sweetener. It was more bitter than my ex-MIL). Most recently they were limiting drive through orders to a two drink maximum,and making anyone who wanted to more than that drive through the line again. In addition, after I ordered they informed me thatthat they didn't have venti cups. So I had to pay for TWO grandes instead of them just putting the venti amount into a trentacup (which they did for the tea I ordered). Extra waste, extra cost, extra disappointment when they STILL get your drinks wrong. Read more
Incredible Starbucks location right in the center of town. Maybe it?s not actually the center of town but it?s in a great... location, right by Sumo?s. Friendly staff, drive thru is fast and they have a full menu of breakfast & sandwich items. Read more
We ordered two black coffees. There was a huge backlog of people waiting for drinks but since, normally, the cashier just gets... the back coffees we weren?t worried about the wait. Instead the cashier helped get the backlog under control and even when weasked about the coffees, he said, ?yeah, I?ll get to them, I just have to pour them.? Apparently that was too much to ask.
