Horrible just horrible. I sent my brother to get my order and to let him get something for himself. I gave him a sheet of paper... to let the person know how I would like my sandwich. To the lady working tonight. October 17, 2022 at approximately 5:15 pm,that was making sandwiches shame on you. I am a disabled woman who on my bad days can not leave the house due to my health andyou did not respect my way of ordering. I've had a heart attack and stroke this year and I have epilepsy. You were rude,disrespectful to my brother and to top it off you sling my sandwich together just to make a point. (As of now, Im Having to havemy brother write this review for me). I will be calling corporate. I've been in the customer service industry for 29 yearstotal. I know what it is like and to the person who made the sandwiches tonight, find another job, get out of this businessbefore you ruin your name in this industry. I had to go back and ask to have my sandwich remade. When I went in the person whomade the sandwiches went to the back of the store and another sweet lady remade my sandwich and apologized for her. I told herthank you ,but she should not have to apologize for someone else. While I was there I did not ask to be refunded or anythingelse. Just wanted to have my sandwich remade. So in the end I had to leave my home to get something done right, even though itput me at risk for another episode. So I can say for this place they have no compassion for disabled or the elderly. They need someone to answer the phone and deal with the drive-thru!! Been sitting 20 min waiting to order in the drive -thru bc... they don't answer the phone! Ugh Read more
Friendly staff food was great and the restaurant was very clean.
Food tastes like Subway, service was poor. I called ahead had multiple sandwiches and when I got home I was missing a sandwich.... I called and they said I could bring back the receipt to get my sandwich which was very inconvenience since I was already home. Read more
This place is terrible. Not only did they not toast our sandwiches but they also had the audacity to tell me to actually give... them a 10% tip. The employee didn?t give much of a greeting either. I know mistakes happen and people get tired but they didn?teven give us napkins. Terrible service and even worse food. Subway needs to get it together bro. Read more

I am highly disappointed. Their sandwiches are usually pretty good, but the last few times I have ordered a sandwich that had... gotten toasted, it had gotten burned. As the toaster went off, all the workers were standing around and ignored the timer. Whenthe worker got it out it was burned! They didn't offer to remake it or anything. Other than that I enjoy this place. Theemployees are friendly and it has a clean environment. Just don't get a toasted sandwich. Read more
