Every time I go there, the mess my order up. Today I ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals to take to my grandchildren for lunch... at school. I waited 15 minutes for then and was running late for their school lunch time and so I didn't check(I should haveknown) and got to school to open them up for their lunch and both were hamburgers in which neither child eats. That was thelast straw. I will NEVER go to this location again. Make sure you check your orders before leaving because they ALWAYS get itwrong or leave something out or give you someone else's order. Ridiculous. Lifted pay and people still can care about makingthings correctly. Maybe they need new management that can get their people to actually listen, work and get it correct. ???? Read more
So the biscuits are good, I feel breakfast is better than lunch regarding the quality and taste of the food they serve. My one... main complaint is that the coffees they serve are not made using the same guidelines every time. When you are getting icedcoffees or mochas, they are, most often than not, NOT GOOD. Every once in a while, someone who knows what they're doing makes emand they're really good. But that is few and far between. Often I'm handed a coffee that looks really light in color and tastesmostly like milk. Other times, there's no swee5ness to them at all and they're just bitter. Dude short changed us $5 no big deal... LIES!! No I'm kidding it was no big deal because I didn't check until I took my change... out the receipt THE NEXT DAY so it wasn't a big deal after that. Just learned to slow down and check my change. I like thisMcDonald's over all in the area the food is fresh and hot. Read more
The food was decent and the staff was friendly but I wasn't given my drinks with my order and the area with the napkins and... straws was an absolute mess. There was soda spilled on the counter and no tops or napkins available. Only complaint is that itcould have been cleaner. Read more
Napkins on floor, tables not clean. We ordered table service and the cashier called us up by our table number to pick our food... up at counter rather than bringing the food to our table. Then after eating our meal we ordered milk shakes, again using thetable service. The milk shakes appeared on the counter and no one let us know that they were ready. After a few minutesassuming the shakes were ours we walked up to the counter to pick them up. I think the staff at this McDonalds needs to undergosome training. When we asked why they didn't deliver our orders to our table we were told that they don't know what McDonaldstable service is. Read more
We go to this McDonald's quite often. Always had great experience. However, today two of the three burgers we ordered were so... dry and old it saddens me that they could obviously see that and still serve it. Read more
The smallest piece of chicken I?ve ever seen, could have been a chicken nugget for all I know. I ordered a delux spicy chicken... sandwich and got a burnt bun, the smallest sliver of tomato, a few pieces of lettuce, and the worst thing about the wholesandwich is the insulting piece of chicken. And y?all forgot my sauces for my nuggets. Edited to add: Once I calmed down enoughto ingest this sad excuse for a meal, the remains of my burnt mini sauce lettuce ?chicken? sandwich was covering my fingers. Multiple occasions have served RARE or RAW hamburgers. It has gotten so old, that just not going back. This has happened over 6... times in past few years. Last burger was completely RAW. Yes it was remade, but that isn't the point. They obviously have agrille issue, as this has been on going for some time now. Now I have to drive 5 extra miles to get a sandwich made correctlyALL the time - Wards Road by Target, best store in the area. Read more
