The drive thru lady was very polite and easy to hear on the speaker. Great service! But, was disappointed in the new Italian... chicken sandwich (needed seasonings and it was much smaller than expected). Sad too b/c my onion rings were cold & all scatteredin the bag. Sandwich, whopper, was sloppily assembled. Asked for ketchup packets and was told:"we don't have those". When I was handed my... food the person was very troubled by having to do that much work as evidenced by her scowl. Never once during payment or handingoff of my order did anyone have the courtesy to even say thank you. I have been wanting a Whopper for six months but after thisexperience I don't care if I ever have another one. Poor customer service limp greasy bacon and cold greasy hash browns!! And it wad 6 in the morning!!! My daughter just smelt the... food and was nauseous!! Rude customer service and had to repeat our order 5 times and all we got was 2 sides of bacon, 2 sidesof hash browns and a medium coke. Better check your food for freshness before you leave bc I would have never paid for it if Iknew it was going to be cold and nasty! Burger King has a long way to go to learn customer service and quality of food! A goodMoto for themthem should be if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it to your customers!! Girl in drive thru was very nice. BUT DID NOT receive what I ordered. Ordered Whopper Jr with cheese no pickles. Light lettuce... and extra onions. No cheese, lots of pickles no onions. Did not check till I got home. Read more
