Poor service, bathroom had no toilet paper. Told the lady at the register and no one took ant to the bathroom. Ordered food... took 30 minutes half way through ordered shake s to go. 40 minutes later after many many orders before and after ours werefilled we had to remind them of the order. This place is always so disappointing. I don?t know why I keep coming back. Out of sauces, out of roast beef, one time they... charged my card for a car of 6 orders ahead of me. Today I sat in the drive-through line for 20 minutes. When it was my turn topull up to the speaker, the employees turned off the lights and hid. Their cars will still parked out front. It was just after 8pm on a Saturday. They didn?t even have the balls to tell patiently waiting customers that they were closing early for XYZ. Read more

My husband found a piece of plastic in his roast beef sandwich. There were no pecans in my pecan chicken salad sandwich. I'm... handicapped and was going to use the bathroom before I ordered. Get all the way to the door only to find the lobby was closed.Not enough employees. Read more

I sure am glad this wasn't my first stop at an Arby's or I'd never go to one again. When we finally got our orders, it wasn't... what we even ordered; they gave us some for wrap that I don't believe their menu even had on it. They gave my brother what heordered but it looked pitiful. During the short time it took to eat our food, I saw at least one other person showing theirreceipt to the clerk because they were also given the wrong order. To their credit, they did correct their mistake and gave usthe proper order when we showed them the receipt. Read more
