(January 2022) It took well over 30 minutes to get a mobile order from the drive thru, and I ordered it 10 min before getting in... the line, with one person in front of me.. This dunkin has been slow everytime I order (this has been my 3rd time). I like thefact that it's attached to an ExxonMobil, but it way to slow. Drive through slow as molasses. Ordered ahead and we've been here 10 mins only moving up 3 car lengths. When we got to the... speaker to order we sat there for 5 full minutes before I finally said "hello?!" She said her register may be down. A minutelater she said the drive through is closed. This is a tiny shop stuck in the back of a gas station. The ladies working the day I was there were very scattered and slowly... filling counter orders while forgetting to check in with the cars in the drive through. Donuts weren't exactly fresh. I will notreturn to this location. Read more
I WOULD GIVE ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS BUT NOT AN OPTION. This location regularly has no cooked food due to staffing issues. when... the DM is in the store everything runs fine. When she is not there things fall apart. On 6/21/2022 I ordered a bacon egg andcheese croissant via the moble app. It was almost 7am and I figured they would have people there by then. I go in and find it isonly one person and she tells me they have nothing but coffee and donuts. I explained i had already ordered on the mobile appand it has already charged my card. When this has happened in the past other employees have just refunded my money from the cashregister. This lady refused to do so. She also refused to provide me with a contact number for the DM. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BESHUT DOWN!! It is routinely unable to provide regular Dunkin products. Staff should be trained properly to provide refunds asnecessary. This is customer service 101. Very sad that a company like Dunkin is having to be informed on how to train theiremployees. Read more

Unless you have 15 minutes to wait for a bagel or muffin or any food item, don't go here. I've made the mistake three times and... it's the same thing each time. They don't have the ability to make food quickly. As an added bonus, the muffin cheese egg sandwich tastes like microwave rubber. Disgusting! Donuts are normal and pre-made so go for them. This place is a hot or miss. Half the time the drive thru is closed and then the other half of the time you could wait as long... as 45 minutes for one drink. Very slow because they're short staffed. They almost always get my order wrong OR it doesn't tasteso great. This is the closest Dunkin to me so not much of an alternative.... Read more
