This McDonald's is so unorganized and just very unprofessional. Went to McDonald's last night and he took our order then the... dude looked out the window and was like you placed an order "ummm yes" it took him like 5 mins to find our order. He gives usour drinks and food. Our food was just plain nasty. Fries taste like they were warmed up in the microwave and our drinks weren'teven full and barely had ice. Y'all need to get it together honestly I won't be coming back that's for sure. Read more
No ketchup, no large drink cups (they'll charge you for large but only have medium), no lids for cups, no receipts provided, and... entire place is trashed.. and many hazardous conditions for clients. How are they still in business? Read more
They are the absolute worst at giving you the correct meal. I used the mobile app to order a 4 piece nugget after lunch time, I... didn't think to actually check the box. When I got home with it, I opened it to find 2 sausage patties... there is no reason forthat big of a mix up. Read more
The slowest fast food restaurant in the world!!! Whether you order on a mobile device, at the drive thru, or inside.. prepare... to wait 20 minutes or more for your order. This is the crazy part!! You wait 20 minutes and your food isn?t even fresh!!! Thefries are soggy and undercooked. Especially when the older white man is working that night. The nuggets are always over cookedand hard. The hamburgers are warm and cold at the same time. And NOBODY EVER SPEAKS!! The franchise owner has to see thesecomments and see there?s an issue at this location. It?s not an hiring issue.. it?s an employee issue at this location. It?slike they purposely hold the line. This shouldn?t be an off highway locations. They love as if they?re a Ruth?s Chris. Got a chicken deluxe sandwich that came with a single slice of cheese no lettuce or mayo. When to get it correct and got it back... with lettuce all over it good but the mayo was just in a single massive pile on the edge of it. I also waited around 15 minutesfor the food and had to also wait for another couple of minutes to get drinks. Customer service was very lacking u got ignoredmultiple times, but it I'd a McDonald's on the side of a highway so you get what you get. Read more
Look the food was freshly made but had a drink, 4 count nugget and sauce missing from our order. The lady seemed less then... thrilled to open a box in the back for sauce that they ran our of in the front. Place wasn't even busy at the time. Read more
After a beautiful day of travel, we stopped for a moment as a family so that the children could enjoy their delicious happy... meal. I saw a bit of a mess, they were not very busy but there was a lot of waiting time. They really need to organize a bit.more and provide a better service. Very disappointed ?????? Read more
