Hard to choose what stood out as the best part of the night and meal...the service was on point, the food...to die for...the... views and atmosphere (even on a chilly evening) were stunning...and great outdoor heaters! Auberge is one of our favorite places in Napa! We came here for our anniversary lunch most recently and it was such a wonderful... experience. The views were beautiful, the service was great, and the food was delicious!! For a michelin star restaurant, theirlunch is a great price point ? the ambience itself is worth it. We dined in the warm sun overlooking rolling hills andvineyards, and every dish was well-balanced and executed to perfection. The pork chop in particular was delicious, so tender andjuicy when typically neither me nor my partner really enjoy pork chop. The desserts were wonderfully fruity and delicate, agreat way to end the meal. Even though it was only three courses, we were so fully we could barely eat dinner! So come hungry???? Read more

Absolutely breathtaking view, however the food and service were a bit off. I used Amex concierge to secure this booking. We... found a hair in our salmon dish and a fly in a beer. The waitress did what she could to accommodate the mishap, but wedefinitely expected more attention to detail! The food was decent, but nothing crazy. The service was very slow (1 hour to getentree from being seated) causing us to push back a spa reservation in Calistoga. Luckily the spa was flexible toaccommodate. We parked our car promptly when we found a lot. Few guys were waving at us from afar and asked something which I couldn't make... out. So we just parked. Later, a guy walked over to QUESTION us. I then realised they were actually trying to valet the car forus. I felt forced to pass him the car keys although we have already parked the car. It stated complimentary valet, but maybeshould just indicated 'valet parking only' if expectation is for guest to have valet park. We had reservations at 2pm. Arrivedearly around 1.30pm, but was told to wait till 2pm. We hang out at the lounge. Given a 1 Michelin star, I was expectingsomething really out of the world to a certain extent. Maybe over expected, food was okay only. Given choice of house water orsparkling water, we chose house water. Bread was served. Both sour dough and wheat bread were nice. Octopus starter was a bittoo salty. Pork rib was okay. The scallops were really big though, and nice. I opted for chocolate mousse, it was okay aswell. When we came out, we also noticed the valet shifted our car to another lot, which our initial lot wasn't blocking anyonein the first place. Read more

What an amazing experience. At first, I was cautious because of all the buzz about being a Michelin-starred restaurant. However,... I did not want to set my expectation high to be then disappointed with the experience. Since our arrival at the place, the wholeexperience was superb. We were received by a courteous valet parking personnel. We made our way to the restaurant andimmediately found the hostess, who immediately congratulated us on our anniversary after identifying ourselves. She then took usto our table, which had a fantastic view of the valley. We were served by Miguel, who took excellent care of us. Very attentivepersonnel all around. We never felt rushed. About the food, it was just divine!!!! Because we were for lunch, we had thethree-course meal. Each of us ordered different things, so we had a nice sampler of many items on the menu. All of the itemswere done to perfection. Super tasty and plentiful. The cocktails were also of the highest quality. One aspect that we loved waswhen my wife asked what wine would go better with her food. Miguel brought a sampler of two wines. We were lucky to be seated immediately, walking in for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. Service was prompt & friendly. The food... was fresh & delicious. After they overheard that it was our wedding anniversary, they kindly included a chocolate message on ourdessert. We can't wait to go back with friends. Read more

Michelin rated restaurant has a wonderful outside terrace with beautiful views. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinner... us 3 or 4 courses with lots of choices including fabulous desserts. Definitely best restaurant with choices in Napa region asyou are not forced to do no choice tasting menus! Read more
