Stay away don?t recommend service from Mgr to employees is Horrible. I order over the phone 20 minutes before for the special... stated on the line while I waited for my order to be taken. 2 Lg 2 Toppings for $12.99 each. False advertising. I get to thestore and my two pizzas are ready , I look at the receipt and the toppings are wrong on one. A Lady who proudly said She was theManager approached me. I explained and she asked who took the order out of the Four employees no one would come forward, wowafter like 5 minutes. The one Spanish girl with braided hair nose piercing and rings on her hands. Finally said she took theorder. She tried to say we ordered wrong the mgr instead of just getting this resolved, was wasting more of my time. In the background pizzas are falling on the floor. This place is chaos. I know tell the mgr what I ordered again, I had to wait another 20minutes. On top of that now the price I was told on the phone, from $28. The Manager was charging me more almost $20 & $22 forthe pie with buffalo chicken w jalapeños because it?s not part of the two toppings special. Her being the manager did nothingto relieve the situation after the order was done wrong. I said to the mgr not to make a big thing about but that girl makingthe pizza should have rings on while handling food. The Proud Manager said to me she is tired of trying to get the employees todo what she says, in my mind I was wow. Is it me or is something wrong here. They have no respect for this mgr. Any way myfood came out , the Proud Manager took the pizza out of the oven and cut and boxed the pizza then brought it over to me onereal hot and the other semi warm after 25 minutes of sitting on top shelve. I was already frustrated and very upset with thewhole experience here. So I grabbed it and left the manager was not very professional at all. Unfortunately, we made a simple order here and we were lied to twice. I made a 1st call at 8:21pm and was told the order would... arrive between 1hr and 1.5 hrs. No order arrived. Then I called at 9:56pm to ask for the ETA of the order. We were told that ithasn't arrived because they we super busy. But now that it's calmed down, our original order would arrive within 30 to 35minutes. I'm writing this at 11:20pm and the Order never arrived up to now. Not ordering from here again for a long while untilthe staff here is better trained or replaced for better staff. As for tonight, we made an order and gave our money to a muchbetter competing business and received most excellent service from our other chosen pizzeria. Domino's. For a chain pizza spot they always seem to provide there customers with what they order. They do always seem to be overwhelmed... and short staffed but still continue to bring us our food. Tonight the staff was super friendly and welcoming while beingpacked. To there staff thanks again! Us fireman appreciate what you do for us! Read more

Always fresh and great tasting pizza and service is always friendly. Might not be the healthiest but this Dominos is awesome for... helping get a quick tasty meal on a lazy or busy day. I don't know what is going on, but its completely not okay to deliver a pizza 3 hours after an order was placed. If you can meet... a reasonable time you should call as soon as an order is placed at let the customer know. I had to order something else becauseI thought no one would show up. I even called like 5 times and no one answered. I don't want to blame any one but if you don'thave enough staff or drivers your priority should be to call and let us know. Read more

If I can give a ZERO I would! The service there from Robert the store manager is horrible. I received a call from the store an... hour later from placing my delivery order to be told that it would need to be picked up and if I still want the order. Wecontinued with the order assuming it?s ready and it wasn?t. We had to wait for it to be made. This isn?t the first time thislocation being tardy. However courtesy calls have been issued in the past by employees. It?s a shame that the store managerhimself lacks customer service. Never again? NEVER are we ordering again. I waited until this happened a second time. Ordered through the app as always. Took over an hour and a half to have my food... delivered. I called and the person on the phone seemed like I was bothering him when I asked him about my food. Magically afterI asked for the status, they hit the delivery button and started to head to me. The food was completely cold and not cutproperly. I also gave them a bad review on the app. If anything, order from the Wood Ridge location. They are somewhat nicer! Read more

Steven was on time and polite, followed directions of notes when delivering pizza. This was not my first time ordering from this... location. Today, surprised me though due to pizza and breadsticks with cheese burnt. Pictures says more. Pizza was still niceand HOT. Hopefully, it was just one of those days were cook was not themselves.
