Just watched a worker argue with a customer because HE messed up her order that she placed in the APP. And her names. called... Very unprofessional behavior regardless of her feelings. Meanwhile everyrime I come to jersey and order a caramel latte and askfor cream, the worker always tell me she's not making it the way I want it. If I'm paying you make it how I want it. Read more
Came in for a macchiato, but I like to add adjustments to mine. When I asked for said adjustments they just flat out said no.... Pretty rude and incompetent. Was literally just replacing x for y but whatever. Went to Starbucks where they gladly accommodated???????? Read more
It's nothing against this location. The people are great. They just never have any munchkins. They never have options for... regular donuts. And they never seem like they have anyone there but it's just empty of options. I'm not sure if the companyoffers less options these days or if all the donut people hit it up before 8AM but I feel like I'm going to be hitting up otherlocal options more often and letting my nostalgia for DD go. Their prices are expensive and mostly founded crowed with students or kids due to the school around it. Its a secures place,... offering parking sport for at-least 15 min (although don't worry if you park for more time then it is said, because they don'tdo anything other than saying) Over all good place to visit in evening with good environment. I was excited to find that they had paper cup options. It had been years since I had their coffee because I refused to use... styrofoam. The place was clean. The cashier friendly. The air conditioning felt nice. Unfortunately, the decaf coffee wasdisgusting. The taste profile was similar to coffee breath if that makes sense. They used to be my favorite. :-( Read more
