Comfortable dining hall. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Simple and delicious food. I love the way they make their rice; soft... and somehow juicy (you'll know what I mean when you try it). Chicken or meat is cooked after you've placed the order, so it'sfresh and succulent. And the best part of this whole dining experience is this one unique item in the dessert menu, the Persianice cream. I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about how good it is. Read more
This restaurant is an absolute amazing first class restaurant that offers guests a variety of delicious dishes and super... customer service. Last week I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at the kabob on the cliff. We were warmlywelcomed by young lady and provided with comfortable seating fairly quickly. Our waitress young lady was very courteous, highlyattentive and did a super job in taking our orders and addressing our concerns.Both my wife I very much enjoyed our meal.Everything was tasty delicious, and timely served. I am not someone who posts review but i am compelled to leave a review this time. I must say that the food was AMAZING but the... server was as bad. I believe her name was Ilal (I had to ask as she was so rude) if I heard it correctly. She was rude andclearly discriminated. There were 3 tables in a restaurant and out of 3 our table was the only table with Indians. As we were inrush we tried to put the entire order in but she did not take our dessert order. When we called her for something we had thequestion about she just said "let me finish what I am doing" and she was literally doing nothing other than standing at the deskand the same moment when the other table called, she went right away. She did not clear our appetizer plates but we saw herdoing it on all other tables before the food came in. Our table also did not get the onion salad that every other table had it.Our food that we ordered was supposed to come with soda and she did not even ask for it unless one of colleague saw the menuagain and asked her and then she said "yes, tell me what you want". In the end she was doing all the other stuff including juststanding idle at the desk but did not come in to take our dessert order even though I tried a couple of time and she just keptavoiding the eye contact. I am not sure if she is the owner herself but if not, I would like the owner to know that business geta hit when the treatment is not right. I did not feel welcomed at all. Her tone was rude as well. Food was amazing butexperience was bad and that makes me not want to ever go there again or even refer someone there. My husband works as Restaurantmanager in the food industry for over a decade now and I understand very well how this industry works and customer service isvery important. I am not sure what was her deal to be discriminating but it felt really bad to be treated like this. Maybe sheneeds some training. Food is made from quality, fresh ingredients and it shows. Dishes are very tasty. Good menu variety and vegetarian options.... Restaurant is clean, service is good, atmosphere is very nice, casual. Pricing is a bit high but you get good value for whatyou order. Read more
The good was Amazing. The enormous amount of joy I had eating the food.. the kabob chicken and beef lamb mix was amazing . I... finished everything on my platter . The bread the served with the hummus was the delicacy. The chocolate lava cake was ourdessert. The experience of this lunch was really Good .
