Very good Cuban style cuisine. I had the Paella which was very good, perfectly seasoned, with lots of clams, mussels, chicken,... and shrimp. One thing that I would have personally preferred was more chicken breast meat rather than dark meat, but that?s justpersonal preference. As for the shell fish the shrimp was the perfect size to be eaten in one bite, not the typical jumbo shrimpthat one would usually find. The shrimp was also seasoned perfectly, and cooked well too. The mussels and clams were very goodtoo, well cooked and not chewy which is not easy to do. The one complaint I have about mussels is one of them had a little bitof grit still in it. This is no fault of the chefs but rather that mussels simply didn?t have enough time to expel the sandafter it was caught. As for the atmosphere and kindness of the wait staff I could not be more happy. My family and I came atprobably one of the busiest times of the year, Easter Sunday. We showed up workout a reservation and a dog and asked if we couldsit outside. Our waitress quickly said? ?Yes of course?. She even brought our dog a pie tin with water. We were served quicklyand politely, and we were not asked once for our plates even though it was busy. This showed me just how happy they are to makesure the customer is having a good experience. As for location it is in a very nice town, with a park close by. Additionally itis not too far from New Jersey 3. It was the perfect excuse to get out of the car and stretch our legs. I would highlyrecommend if you are in the area, and even recommend if your not super close, it?s worth the drive. Read more
