This place needs to pay attention to what the customer is saying! Their workers seem distracted, with some attitude and rarely... do they get the order completely correct. Need some serious training. Every time I order a latte it's different they leave out some ingredient or they put more of some... ingredient in and it I just can't count on it. Plus I'm always waiting for these drinks for more time than I feel is needed andthat is appropriate. At other Duncan's they seem to get this or drink order right every time. Typical DD experience. Recently renovated so you are ordering thru a kiosk. Better off ordering ahead in the app.
Place is a joke..been in line for 7 min and moved 3 cars..go to Paxton faster and better..dont waste your time here
I know this location just reopened and overall have been decent but the last 3 times I went through the drive through, my hot... latté order was made without attention to detail, whole milk was used instead of requested almond milk and it was lukewarm. Iam sensitive to dairy so have spent the rest of the morning with massive stomach cramps. Please do better!!! Read more
drive through gets a little backed up some days, understandable. workers are very friendly. my only issue why i have stopped... going here and choose to go to another dunkins is because lately everytime i order a coffee with cream, it tastes more like acup of cream.
