What on earth is wrong with their delivery driver? While working I order a Pizza. We only have 15 minute breaks so its a tight... window for pickup. Cara Mia's quotes 12:15pm for me to pick the pizza up out front of my work. I get out there at 12:14 and thepizza guy is driving away. The guard informs me that he had been there for 5 mins waiting. No phone call to let me know he wasearly. Gone before the quoted time. Now he wants to drive around town delivering everyone else's pizza and bring me my cold oneabout the time I'm supposed to be back in working. Unbelievable. We give a lot of business to Cara Mia's but I'm about to spreadthe word of how terrible this customer service is. Who leaves before the time they quoted? Why no phone call that they wereearly? I'll never order from this place again. 100% completely awful. That driver should be fired. How can anyone allow suchhorrible service? Read more
I ordered a pizza from this place literally got delivered about 10 minutes ago. Politely asked them to put napkins and plates in... with the order, didn't do it. Also they didn't even cut the pizza. They just left it whole. The lady who took the order wasactually nice I don't know what the staff is up to there at that place but they need to get it together because now you guysjust lost business. There is other pizza places in Rutland Vermont like ramunto's and Olympic Pizza and there's a few others.Business will definitely go to them sorry Cara mias but you guys dropped the ball won't be calling you back. While the food is solid, the prices are outrageous for what you get. A large Caeser salad is $17 when the ingredients can?t cost... more than $5-$7 dollars. It?s quite small for the price. A large pizza with 3 toppings will cost over $30 dollars. Like I saidthe food is good, but the price point is too much. All I can hope is that the marked up prices are because they pay theiremployees well. If not, then shame on cara Mia?s. Read more
When you get food from here and they mess it up and its to late for them to remake it so they say we will add a credit to your... account but only give you half of what you pay not happy and won't be back to do business...... Read more
Used to be great and sometimes still is but last 3 times we ordered the order was not only incorrect but the pasta was burnt to... a crisp, subs were made wrong and the salad was missing. Read more
We ordered pizza for delivery while staying at the Paw House Inn nearby. The pizza came very quickly. We ordered the everything... pizza which had sausages, pepperoni, meatball and veggies. It was very tasty! Read more
We ordered a small pizza and in order of chicken wings. The wings were still raw and I had to finish cooking them at home and... add flavor. It cost almost $ 35.00 for only these 2 items. They were not cooked and flavorless.Plus the bottom of the pizza wasdry and burnt in sections. I paid them to have to cook the wings myself at home. Don?t waste your time nor money. Read more
Have enjoyed everything ordered from Cara Mia's! Great delivery and staff! Highly recommend! Love the New York style pizza!
