This is the second time we've gone for one of those quick, 'i'm starving and I need 1000 calories NOW' dinners and been... disappointed to find that this place had closed hours earlier. They need to post on the website that they're closed for dinner.And for gods sake, put a bigger sign on the door so we don't all have to walk up and read the size 10 font telling us we're outof luck. Man? I?m not one to do this, but you got to shut off your online ordering if you are closed. It?s just kind of comical the... amount of times I?ve come here and it?s just been closed. This location is a joke. Hours of operation depends on the employees working and none of them ever want to work a full shift... apparently. Twice in the matter of days they have closed early due to short staff, but you can clearly see at least 4-5 peoplewalking around inside and then deny it when I contact customer care. They pressure you into ordering thru the mobile app, butrefuse to fix the issue when your food is made wrong. I drive just about a hour for this location, that should be open until 10,but closed upon arrival shortly after 6pm. Ridiculous. Do better Chipotle. Read more
Terrible hours. I and many other people get done with work and look for dinner at about 7pm, this is not unreasonable. ... However, for the better part of the summer, the it was a 50/50 shot that this Chipotle would be open at dinner time. In factthere had been numerous occasions when, with a line to the door, the management would abruptly announce that the restaurantwould be closing. I mean there are people IN LINE. There is food PREPARED. I cannot understand what their problem is. Lastweek they posted their hours to be changing to 10:45am to 7:00pm. Stupid but at least we know when they will be closing. Knowing this, I just hustled over to get my order in by 6:30. I am greeted with a sign that says their new hours are10:45-3?.10:45 to 3??? What the heck is that about? We are not a busy metro area that solely does lunch business. In fact,in the time it has taken me to peck out this review (5 minutes), about 8 cars with disappointed customers have driven up andpulled away. The management of this Chipotle is pathetic. I like the food, but there hours are extremely inconsistent, plus they?re out of most food a lot of the time. Every time I go... they close at a different time. Also, half the time they only take online orders, and the other half of the time they only dotakeout orders. First time visit, even though I live close by. There were several ingrients to choose from to make burritos or bowls. I had a... burrito, and It was large enough where I had it for lunch the next day. The only thing negative I can say is that the staffmaking the food are not friendly at all. Don?t go to this particular chipotle. Very dirty. All the tables had food and leftovers. They use plastic bags (look at the... picture) to contain food. When I asked if these bags are approved to be used for hot food, the store manager said it?s notapproved but they don?t melt so I guess it?s okay to use them Read more
I ordered two chicken bowls, 3/4 were empty on both. They increase the price and reduce the portions. On top of that they close... at 3pm, sometimes even earlier. Chipotle used to be my favorite fast food. That's not the case anymore... Read more
