Happy Valentine's day I firstly hope all of you are having a great day. I went into this located today I had barely opened the... door & one of their employees says "Yeah.. Nope! You need a mask." Okay, yes your probably right. But did you have to be rudeabout it... This is exactly why I stopped going to this location a long time ago. Usually this place is fine, but this time I ordered I had a dead fly at the bottom of my drink. Didn?t realize it at first, but... thank god I did before I sipped it. At first I thought maybe it was some coffee grounds or something, but no, when I dumped itit was 100% a fly (plus my drink was basically clear). I thought maybe yesterday was a fluke so I gave this branch another try after yesterday's fiasco but it wasn't any better. I... ordered 2 lg hot coffees reg with a few ice, 1 LG iced coffee with 8&8 with extra ice and a LG cup of ice. And all 3 coffee weremessed up . The 2 hot coffees said 1&1 and the ice coffee had 3 creams no sugar. And my LG cup of ice was a small cup and theycharged me .99 for it as opposed to .25 like all the other Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Read more
