Maggots found on pizza as soon as we got it home, this is the second time this has happened. We were offered a new pizza or a... refund, then a rude wench erica called us back and said it was physically impossible! Well its not!! I've heard the same thingfrom others, so when you pull out make sure there's not a pile of white maggot eggs especially on the pepperoni cause they seemto like that! Today after being on the fridge you can see the tiny worms! I've photos and video! I've been going to this Little Caesar's for several years now and have never been disappointed with the food or the staff. The... one time there was a problem the manager, Amanda, made it right by giving me a free pizza. I've tried every other restaurant in the city that makes pizza and LC is by far the best in Rutland !in every way ! Read more
I ordered delivery and waited for an hour and a half for my food, that didn't upset me because I understood they were busy.... However when my food arrived I didn't receive a single sauce of the 4 that I paid for...so ultimately I was ripped off. Thatmakes me incredibly angry. One of the worst customer experiences and the manager is not helpful at all and being very rude. We ordered 3 pizza online. We... end up getting only two pizza right and the third pizza is not only wrong but also half-eaten!!!!!!!!!!! In this insane world ofCOVID-19, we feel very uncomfortable about the whole situation. We tried to solve the issue by calling the store and themanager is not helpful at all in solving our problem. The only option the manager provided is that we drove all the way back andthey can make us a new pizza (we live 30 minutes away, and given the snow condition on 11/27/2021, it is unsafe for us to driveback and forth in the night). All we want is a refund the pizza or deliver the right pizza to our address. Instead ofapologizing, the manager accusing us for being rude, accusing us for wanting to cheat a $8 pizza, threatening us and hanging upon us. This is such a wonderful ?treat? for a thanksgiving Friday night, thank you for ruining our night and I wish all thepotential customers to be aware of the issues and avoiding this place at all costs! Pizza wasn't ready when I arrived even tho it was 20 minutes after I placed my order. Waited in the lobby until I couldn't stand... the heat. Young woman brought my order out about 8 minutes later (total of 35 minutes since order was placed). She did bring mea complimentary bottle of water. Unfortunately my deep dish pizza was not fully cooked. Crust was semi raw and veggies wereuncooked. Read more
