Reviews for McDonald's in Rutland, VT
My coffee was burnt or old. The sandwiches were sloppily put together and the English muffin was very chewy :-(
I have had less than satisfactory experiences at several McDonald's over the past several months. Though the prices are... significantly higher, the value and quality of the food has decreased. And service is an issue as well: sandwiches requestedwithout cheese made with extra cheese even though the attached special order slip says no cheese (I am lactose intolerant). Extra cheese put on ordered Hamburgers (why? Cheese doesnt even go on Hamburgers). And tonight - the Filet o Fish sandwich hada fish patty that was undersized, squished flatter (less than a 1/4 inch thich) before cooking, and it was overcooked...it wastough like chewing on wood. Either workers are not checking the quality of the products before cooking it, or when putting asandwich together, OR serving lower quality product is now acceptable to McDonalds. Which is it? Maybe they can let us know. I tossed the remainder of that sandwich...it was inedible. Read more
Not sure why this place has such bad reviews.. Our experience here has always been great and when there's a mistake they always... make it right. I think people should keep in mind that we are blessed that there are folks who want to work During these times. Read more
While I personally feel McDonald's as a whole has gone down hill rather quickly thenlast few years this place has much further... and faster that most. No matter what time of day you go, your fries will be soggy. Burgers are tasteless and wait times, even ifyou are the only one are sometimes incredibly long only to get the soggy fries or tasteless burger. Read more
Bread was really old on fish fillet, crunched like croutons, fish was old and rubber- couldn't bring to swallow, the chicken... sandwich tasted different bite till to grosed out, first peanut butter? Then fishy, was like it been fried twice, couldn't bitethrough after 3rd bite, tomatoes were sour, lettuce was slimy, if I hadn't had to walk that day I'd have brought back forrefund- 13 dollars for 2 sandwiches I couldn't eat so was still hungry till I got home 9 hours later. Found someone?s bra in the bathroom stall. Told the manager working and they said ?so?? And didn?t do anything? okay???... Whatever. Food wasn?t bad, but I waited forever to get it. Great! Brand new construction, everything updated literally from the ground up. Kiosks available immediately upon entry, or... counter service to your right when you walk in. The playground is all new and fabulous. They have two lanes for faster orderingfrom your car, and two pick-up windows. If your order isn't ready within 30 seconds they will have you pull over to a waitingspot in the parking lot and bring it to you fresh and hot as soon as it is ready which usually takes less than 1 minute. Had 20 piece nuggets and large fry delivered from the McDonald's on Route 7 in Rutland, Vermont. Shortly thereafter I had... violent diarrhea as I was running to the bathroom it was going down my legs unto the floor. Add to it I am disabled recoveringfrom a broken hip so I can't really run only move as fast as I can with the walker. Trying to clean up the floors was quiteinteresting.
