Called and asked what they had for slices. Lady was beyond rude. I didn?t hear one and she barked at me and was clearly annoyed... and hung up. I called back asked for a manager because the whole conversation was that bad? She answered? and is the manager! We have been going for years, Friday night regulars and everyone is always been awesome. I hope they take care of this issuethey will be losing customers! We were visiting family in Rutland, travelling from Germany and took out Pizza from Ramunto?s. The Pizza was really good,... waiting time 1 hour 15 minutes was on the edge, but picking it up was not very pleasant. Rudest young lady ever gave us thePizza and served us. Read more
Excellent pizza, great crust and quality ingredients. Garlic knots are very good as well. Highly recommend!
We spent $75 on two pizzas one which was supposed to be garlic knot pizza (never seen A garlic pizza like this) two ?large?... salads with chunks of cheese, missing the cucumber, and tomatoes, onion, and eggs. Great quick service, even on a holiday when they were slammed. The 16" New York Style cheese pizza is great with a rich sauce... and the right amount of cheese. After hiking Mt Killington, this pizza hit the spot, and the pizza was still good the nextmorning! Read more
My parents enjoyed the pizza more than the Calzone. I really liked my calzone. Two stars removed for the surroundings. It was... very hot and the two air conditioners weren't doing much. I would feel cool air for like 30 seconds and then stuffy, hot, ovenair. The tables are not cleaned properly at all. Flour on the floor in the hallway for the bathroom. Major fall hazard. I alsofound a hair in my food. It was a nice experience but we never visit Vermont so I probably wont be back. Read more
Nope will not go back. Go to Vermont alot to visit family and wanted pizza. The by the slice was dry and they don't bring a full... pizza to the table. They didn't give me a pizza carrier but out paper plates under the hot pizza pan for me to carry myself tothe table. Burnt my fingers when it slipped and I was forces to Cary it to my table or drop the overpriced pizza. When I askwhere the bathroom was they asked me male or female. Very insulted. Even if they were trying to be polite I was wearing all pinkwith hearts, earings, and obviously identified as a female aka looking for the woman's bathroom. All in all my daughter asson-in-law were happy with the actual pie. I might have been if the experience had been even marginally better. Read more
Food was really good! Girl got the order mixed up, but no attitude problem when notified, handled it well. Grinders and pizza... the best around! Read more
