The food is good but u will be waiting FOREVER!!! 3/4 of the time they have a sign on the door that says lobby closed. I go... there for door dash and they won't even come to the door for 2 seconds to hand me an order. Instead they make me wait in thedrive thru for one door dash order. I'm at the point now where I no longer accept Taco Bell door dash orders!!! Read more
Have tried several times to get food here later at night after 9pm. They are almost always closed due to short staffing or... systems. It seems odd but not knowing all what goes into the job I can't really criticize. What I do hope is that they raisetheir minimum wage and hire more help for this location. Saying only that "no one wants to work" really doesn't seem like a fairrepresentation of the state of things right now.. There are other food service jobs in the area paying more from what I'veheard. The McDonald's down the street manages to stay open 24/7. I think this taco bell needs a big change to support existingemployees and motivate for quality hiring. For the food service workers, the times we have gone and they are open they have beenextremely polite most of the time and handled themselves well so this isn't a complaint regarding them. I have been going here for many years and the one thing that I've noticed is that the food and service is very inconsistent, one... day you could have good service and good food and the next they mess up your order and don't seem to care about it at all, Infact my order was once messed up three times in a row with seemingly little care from the workers. Overall it is probably thebest taco bell in this part of Vermont, but certainly don't bet on getting the same quality every time. Read more
I was a weary traveler looking for dinner Friday night September 23rd. I had never eaten at a Taco Bell but it was close so I... decided to give it a shot. It was a huge line for the drive-thru so I parked my car and went in and ordered for takeout. Iwatched the crew hustle to get meals ready to get them out as quickly as possible. I was truly impressed by the group that wasworking that night and the girl that took my order was a sweetheart working well under pressure. I don't know if the boss getsto see this but that group last night was awesome and I could not believe when I took my meal that there was only one car leftin the Drive-Thru they were doing an awesome job. Also the chicken Powerball that I ordered was excellent and I would trulyorder another one. Read more
I always enjoy me some good taco bell. But this store is a hit or miss. Sometimes my food is so amazing I could get seconds then... others I wonder how it's open. Taco Bell is a tasty place to eat. However, on this visit they were out of lettuce. I asked if they could substitute a... different ingredient complimentary in place of the lettuce. They said no. The cool, moist balance ingredient was missing andfor that visit my tacos we not nearly as good. The understanding of staff to what makes Tacos so good was lacking. I wouldhave skipped the line if I knew before I arrived at the order speaker. There was no extra lane to leave the l line. Read more
