That was the fastest I have ever been served. They had my order ready and hot before I was even finished paying. Everyone was... wicked nice and helpful. I always ask for either in the morning sausage egg an cheese on a biscuit an ow hell yah there amazing "(BUT)" for a good number... of times they've gave me ???? ???? bacon, an then I can order a biggie bag or just the double stacker with ONLYMEAT????,CHEESE???? Strike 2 Wendys west Lebanon and now Rutland I don't know whats going on both places messed up my order and both places just... threw my food together only I gave my food away it wasn't hot and it didn't seem fresh and the cold fries are killing me. With so many options on Route 7 service speed means a lot for fast food and Wendy's failed that test. I preordered on the app a... $5 order and it took 10 minutes in the drive thru to get. This was Friday at 4 PM. On the plus side, the building has beenrecently updated, the staff was friendly, and the food quality was good. Read more
They are short staffed so long lines. They clearly can't handle the drive thur, in store orders and mobile orders at the same... time. They should close the inside until they can get more staff. The store didn't look very clean. Read more
