Went to this place for the first time. The food was crazy salty?.. I could not eat it. The Customer service was very far from... good. One of the ladies was laughing on top of my order and who know how much different things from her mouth came on my food.Also, I wish only one person would prepare my order, not all people behind the counter. They asked me the same question about myorder, looked like they did not communicat with each other :( If I could, I would rate 0/5. Also, CRAZY EXPENSIVE !!! Albeit loving all the dish combos from Cava I have a problem with the serving portion at the Rye location. These are 15$ bowls... of salad and hummus + a spoon of meat (if desired) and should be prepared to fill the bowl. I?m confused with who is teachingthe front line to prepare the bowls so skimpily. I?ve experienced this several times now and find the issue most apparent when Iorder online. This is by far the best CAVA I've ever been to. I've been to a few in San Diego and they just don't get it. This place serves... you plenty of food and it just tastes better here. Get with the program California. Read more
Absolutely love CAVA. But called in to confirm a group order and the employees were very rude at this location. I asked politely... if I would be able to place this order since I know ordering for 10+ people would be a lot, and they repeatedly said, " I guess"with an insane amount of attitude. Read more
Food is delicious, great selections in a healthy form. Sides are such a great touch, outside of your normal choices. Falafel... are good and chicken smacks. I do recommend if you order, and want to cancel good luck. They don't even call you back. Also theteas are super refreshing. Read more
I went in rather than wait for my coworker in the car while he got his lunch. Wasn't hungry at all until I saw the food!! The... samples I tried did not disappoint. Food is really fresh, flavorful and the staff was very friendly, attentive and smiled oftenall of which are highly uncommon these days. I plan on getting lunch there a lot more and just added CAVA to my favorites. Read more
I order from CAVA regularly, usually delivery. Not only are the meals really tasty, they?re also healthy and filling. I almost... always get either a salad or greens and grains bowl with braised lamb, because the braised lamb is halal. The staff has alsoalways been friendly whenever I?ve been inside the restaurant. Honestly. I?ve been coming to this Cava location for a while now. Portions used to be great. Staff used to be on top of... everything. Never a lack of anything. This place has fallen apart. Always out of something. Management needs to take control ofthis location. Also. I ordered a few nights ago and when I arrived three workers were huddling near the cash register.
