Maria, perdona me pero estoy muy decepcionada con su servicio a cliente. Was referred to this bakery for making beautiful... custom cakes. I requested to have music notes plus initials made in fondant. When I picked up the cake neither the notes norinitials where in fondant and told Maria, that is not what we had discussed and that I could have written the notes and theinitials myself ?her exact words to me ? then you should have done it yourself. I work in customer service, I would never tellone of my clients ? then do it yourself! Furthermore, a gentleman tried to rectify the situation by taking the cake back andcreating the initials JDN in fondant so last minute which I had to stand there and wait after placing my order way inadvance. When you create anything custom the true meaning behind it is to WOW who ever it is that you are trying to captivateUNFORTUNATELY this bakery and Maria?s perception of a custom cake did not WOW or meet my expectations! I am so disappointedthat I have to display this cake on our sons birthday as I had no other option to make any changes last minute for anothercake. I am no expert in custom cakes, do not leave it up to Maria to assist you with your cake design, she too is not an expertin her field and she is also very rude! Amazing! Simply the best! I can?t say enough about Cerbone?s Bakery. My son has a peanut/sesame allergy and everything at... Cerbone?s is safe for him and always delicious. They make beautiful cakes and they taste amazing. Thank you Cerbone?s!!! Read more
Sad excuse for a bakery. They're not open on Sundays (?), don't open until 9 am on Saturdays (?) and didn't seem to appreciate... my business when I did make purchases there. I gave them two stars for simply existing in the neighborhood. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I called ahead to have cookie trays made, they told me just come in and I can pick the cookies... and they would make up the trays for me. Instead my mom got there and they forced her into getting already made 1lb trays. Ineed 1 3lb tray, but now I have 6 1lb trays. I now have to make the tray myself. The only thing this place has going for it isit is nut free. Will never be returning after 20 years of loyal business from my family. Read more

I was not allowed to come to the store unless I had a mask...even though it says clearly at Rye Ridge : if you... are vaccinated, you don't need to wear mask...so I called the owner and he explained to me they are not up to date with the new CDC rules...so I came back to the store without a mask & bought this lovely pretzel....!!! I don?t normally leave reviews but I paid a lot of money for a custom cake that not only was incorrect on pickup (even though we... went thru the order twice) but it dyed everyone?s mouths and hands blue, as well as my clothes! The entire sides collapsed oncutting the cake too. These people are super disorganised, and generally lacking in customer service and know how.
