Make sure you check your bill closely. The cashier charged my wife $6.20 for 4 slides (tomatoes, bean, corn, sour cream) she had... in her order. She did not know and pay it because normally I ordered online. Raised the question to Chipotle customer serviceone. They did not explain the price differences between online and in-store, although they gave me a free entree. I may bemistaken, but I don't remember seeing anywhere on the store menu about slides are charged separately. It appears to me thecashier can try whatever she wants. Read more

I?m honestly leaving this store feeling so disrespected. They are in the middle of dinner rush and the guacamole is brown and at... the bottom. Fresh guac. The employee response know that?s all we have. (an obvious lie because they are constantly makingguacamole I used to work at a Chipotle so I know how it works there.) the lady responds that she doesn?t want it. I also tellthis woman I don?t want that guacamole but I am paying $20 for my chipotle and I would like fresh quac. After arguing with meshe storms over to the online order station and slaps a TBS of guac on top of the steak (which is obviously not how youassumeble the bowl). She haphazardly makes the rest of my bowl and I tell her I need an additional side, she says that I?ll justhave to take what?s there or leave without it. At this point, I respond ? I?m asking for fresh guacamole at chipotle a placethat advertises the freshness of their food. Are you really telling me that you just can?t get me a scoop of fresh guacamole??.Finally, they call for a manager who immediately get me quac. This was honestly just a terrible experience that left me feelingreally awful, and not even in the mood to eat my food. Why do they think it?s OK to treat paying customers this way? Just like other reviews- Missing key ingredients from my mobile order. Not even the guacamole which I paid extra for was there.... Instead they doused it with sour cream, making the bowl inedible. Money down the drain. Very upset. Read more

Hit or miss, once they gave us food with no seasoning and they either load it up or barely fill it. They forgot my guac and mild... in my DoorDash order and I got sick that very night, probably food poisoning. It really depends on the day. Also verybusy. Update: came here and every time they skimp you on the serving size for chicken, also I asked for a little more rice andshe tried saying it was extra. Today I went and barely got half a scoop of chicken, I asked for a little more and sheunprofessionally tells me that it?s extra, I don?t want double I want a scoop serving, which she did not give me, she was veryrude about it and was clearly in a bad mood. A customer heard me complaining and she offered to give me more, she was great andoffered great customer service, as she should?ve. If you don?t want to make more food and deal with requests, quit your job andstop making yourself miserable and the people you are serving. I mean for $11 a bowl I?m gonna get the proper amount of chicken.Disappointed as this location used to be great but it?s going to shambles. The manager is a horrible woman. Read more

Horrible service. I recently visited the Port Chester location. On this night the restaurant was scheduled to close at 10 pm. We... arrived at 9:30 and almost all the containers were removed. The workers were more concerned about wrapping thing up over servingtheir customers. When I asked for certain items i was told that they ran out so to avoid unwrapping the containers. A word tothe manager, if you want happy customers give them great service until the doors are looked. Read more

I asked for a masked and I was treated so rude, they said they couldn?t serve me without. I totally get it, but I do feel you... should have masks if it?s an establishment such as chipotle. NEVER AGAIN! And this was in my food! Read more

I have to say Tonight my meal was exceptional! It was so filling and everything I ordered online came out exactly as it should... have, if not better than expected. They forget napkins and forks every time so don't forget to ask if you need! But other thanthat... Yum! Read more
