I absolutely love Chopt - that?s why I?m so surprised by my experience today. I came in and the young man working was quite... friendly, but obviously not too great at his work. I wanted to build my own bowl, so he pointed me to vegetables, I get tochoose 4. Not great choices, ok I?ll take whatever. After choosing 2, I point to the right where was a whole other section withmore options. I ask if that?s included in veggies too, he goes ?yeah?. You should?ve told me! ?Ah my bad?. Then we go toprotein. I ask what vegetarian options they have. Tofu and falafel. Ok I?m thinking, he goes ?you?re sure you don?t wantchicken??. I laughed it off but it was a little tone deaf. I asked for vegetarian, so just respect that. He goes off to chop itand only after I asked if I can get cheese too, he went back to it. Overall, I know he was just a little lost and probablyuntrained - hence the review. Chopt is one of my favorite places to eat, and workers are really what makes the difference.Casual and friendly is okay, but as long as you do your job and don?t need me, a customer, telling you what you need to do.Turned out a pretty ok bowl after all, hence the 3 stars. I just pulled a metal wire out of the back of my mouth and gums. l didn?t order this in my salad. Very disturbed. Logan was very rude as I went to pick up my salad from this location. He would not even come to the door to let me know. And... closed the door in my face. I did not know they closed at 8pm and I ordered my salad for 7:45pm pickup. Other Chopt locationsgraciously give a phone call when coming in close to closing time. This is the second time I?ve come to this location and thesalad was not there. The employees are short with their customers and rude. I will be calling the manager to let them know. Read more
Great healthy food. All type of salads. Great customer service. CRISTINA held me a lot with my order, she took her time to... explain me step by step how to order for next time. As some customers may find this particular site good to exceptional, I however was extremely disappointed with my order on this... day. It was incomplete and I was dissatisfied. I ordered the Mexican salad with additional toppings: Panko fried chicken androasted chick peas and all I got was a brunch of salad and little to no toppings that I ordered. At a time where the world is inthis pandemic it would seem restaurants would want to give there customers the best service possible to keep themrelevant! On 9/18 at 4pm my mom went to get me a salad and was treated terribly by the manager Christina, unfortunately I wasn't there I... was on the phone the whole time. She ordered me a small Zesty Italian Ceaser salad. They made it for her and then wanted tocharge full price for the salad. My mom asked why she was getting charged for a large when she had a small.
