Most confusing experience ever at any drive-thru, repeated order several times and it was still all wrong in the end. Wrong... sandwiches, wrong drinks, etc. Didn?t get a receipt to see what we were charged for either so probably over-paid too. Read more
The order took more than 15 minutes to prepare. The cheeseburgers were cold and dry with little condiments. The fries were ok.... The pop was good. Very dissapointed. Read more
Usually I?m fine with a mediocre McDonald?s visit, which I would give 5 stars. It?s not a fine dine restaurant. This time was... different. Extremely service, and failed to provide a receipt when asked for twice. The egg in my breakfast sandwich wasn?tcooked, and to top it all off, ordered a large drink and they gave me a medium. Last 2 times thru the drive thru I had to park and wait for my order for 5-10 minutes. Kind of stressful when you only have ½... hr lunch and a ? of that time is spent waiting for your "fast" food. Read more
Terrible management!!! Got an order for delivery and they got it wrong again and again. How hard is it to make a breakfast... sandwich? All I wanted on it was butter, egg and cheese. Not rocket science! The manager tried to tell my delivery driver thatI didn't enter it in right, but I showed him my order and indeed I filled it in right. They just can't read. Driver told me thatthis location is known for errors and the manager had a bad attitude even with him. I ended up calling management and hisattitude was "not our problem, come here yourself and pick up a new order". If you can't get your delivery orders right, thenyou shouldn't offer delivery. Hard to go there and get my order with two dogs that can't be left alone in a hotel. I pay extrafor delivery to make things easier. If you can't get it right stop using DoorDash. Read more
Terrible service, placed an order at drive thru everything on the screen displayed what we asked for, got to pay window and the... worker was busy chatting to a co worker and not about work. Paid and moved to the next window where we found our order wasmissing items. The worker was so busy trying to right fight us that she missed the point, items were missing and if they wantedmore money it wasn't a problem, we wanted receipt proof of what we paid for. The service was good but the product was unlike other McDonald's. The bun on my Grand Mac was so dry and old tasting and had the... texture of a dish sponge... Like airy but very dry and chewy and almost elastic. The beef patties were also so dry andovercooked, not juicy at all. Worse tasting compared to the usual McDonald's. Read more
Ordered Big Mac/fries/coffee & Egg McMuffin/fries to go. Used the self-serve kiosk in the store, easy. Friendly staff. Food came... quickly. Took it home for lunch after re-heating the fries. Have not had a Big Mac in a long time. Good taste for the price! Read more
