When you walk in you feel like you are really in a old English pub. The atmosphere is great. But this is our experience. My... husband ordered the Waddling Dog Burger and I ordered the English Hot Beef. Unfortunately it sat up on the counter (mix up inthe kitchen?) and was cold. We suddenly realized that people that came in after us were getting their food! We flagged down ourserver and I spotted them before she did?so they said they would make them again. The burger was fresh but they had justreheated mine and the Yorkshire pudding was tough and still not hot. The fries were definitely fresh and oh so delicious, but Iwould have rather waited for a fresh plate than get my disappointing Hot Beef. I've eaten here in the past, and it's always been quite good? This last time missed the mark a bit. Service was extremely slow,... over an hour to get my food, but there was an NFL game on. The waitress was quite nice and apologetic about it though. Thechicken burger itself though, was lacking. Unimaginative. Bland. And the seafood chowder, sigh. We're minutes from the water,but you do a disservice by overcooking the seafood, and not adding enough salt. I'd eat here again because it's attached to thehotel... but wouldn't make a drive for it. Had a wonderful time here today. Rebecca was a great server. She was super fast and on point. She is the patio Queen! Went for... the 2 piece cod fish and chips with extra lemon. Fries were crunchy and amazing and the fish was full not just a batter butgood sized pieces and delicious. I had a great time and recommend it if you're passing on the highway. The food was great and the prices are better than anywhere in town. We had the nachos after a good motorcycle ride. They were... delicious. The guacamole was very fresh and the whole dish was delicious. Our server Robyn very attentive and efficient. Weenjoyed our visit. Read more

What a sweet thing to walk in to. Thank you Lyn our room was amazing on our stay Aug 6-7. Very clean and the staff is just so... friendly and amazing. Best staff ever. Not overly friendly where you know it's fake but just great people with great attitudesthat are so helpful and caring. Can't say I've ever had a run through of the options of the breakfast and I seen the ladylooking after it do it with not only me but every guest that walked in. Amazing people here. I sure hope you appreciate yourstaff because they are truly GREAT people. Read more

This establishment has done a pretty good job of re-creating what many British pubs used to look like back in the Olde country.... Of course, times have changed. We didn't eat, so I can't comment on the food. Based on the number of guests (there were notables immediately available it was Friday, 7:15pm) it must be good.
