NOTE to MANAGER: Although we love going for the white spot experience, we can't help but notice the serious lack of... cleanliness. The walls, salt and pepper, the windows are all filthy. We do understand the challenges restaurant are facing butcleanliness is first. And your restaurant is really bad... your staff is great and young and unfortunately we understand howhard it must be for them to give great service when there is a shortage of good support. And that goes for the kitchen as well.I realized that when I ordered a side of Hollandaise and I received it in a soup bowl (no dishwashers I guess) .. I know it'shard given the times we find ourselves in...but clean your restaurant top to bottom, it's really bad..and that's managementsresponsibility... We tried to walk in for some breakfast on Sunday. There were two ladies in front of us that had been there for 10 minutes and... nobody helped them. I could see a staff member peeking around the corner and rolling her eyes at the people waiting. Sheeventually came and got the first group and by 6 minutes later had not come back to seat or enquire about our group of two. Therestaurant was pretty much empty at this time. I was asked if I would like dessert with my pick up order and initially I declined but then changed my mind as it was my (and my... husband's) anniversary so I ordered a brownie. Well...the nicest staff a restaurant could ever have working for it did anamazing kind thing. In my take away bag was an Anniversary Card signed by the staff. This is above and beyond and also so verysweet. The world needs more of these lovely people, corporate Canada take note. Thank you to you all, both my husband and Iappreciate it and you. I came in an hour before closing. I bought 2 bowls of clam chowder to go. 10 min of waiting was told they were sold out, and I... asked for a refund. The server said okay and went to the back. I waited 10 min more, and the same lady came out to say they weremaking a fresh batch. 5 minutes later, she gave me my to go bag. I got back to my hotel, which was next door to find 2 coffeecups, less than 3/4 filled with soup, and no spoons to eat it. The soup was warm. Ordered take out and was horrible. Burgers were cold , fries tasted reheated and the half a head of lettuce on burger was... ridiculous. Worst food I have ever received from White Spot. Disappointed!!!!!!! Read more
I was really disappointed with the food. The soup was cold, the salad was saggy and the coconut prawns were over cook. I usually... have a good experience here. Very sad. The server was nice. Read more
A very nice branch, pretty close to the motel 6. The staff were super friendly and did their best to prepare our food based on... our preferences. The salad was a bit on a salty side, but still good. The milkshakes were pretty standard. Read more
Update: went in recently and they have really cut portion size down while charging more $. I used to enjoy the sweet potato... fries. They're the best ones here. However, almost $10.00 for such a small portion, is crazy -- Its gone a bit downhill. Foodwas overcooked (better than under i suppose) The fries tasted stale, and the meals were so cripsy, in an unfortunate way. Ourwaitress was nice, and the hostess was friendly. Dunno if the food is worth going back though. Read more
