I'd never been here till today. I simply told them I'd never been here and needed surgar free. (Dibetic) and they where very... helpful. I ordered just a simple hazelnut coffee and it was absolutely amazing! One of the best coffees I've ever had. Thatssaying a lot being im in a very serious relationship with coffee. The girl working the register and coffee was SLOW. Highly unmotivated and moved like a sloth. She had no intentions of getting... us helped in a timely manner. Couldn't tell if she just woke up or was stoned, but she just didn't care. The lady 2 spots infront of me ended up leaving after waiting over 10mins for her coffee. I waited 30mins for a chai tea and brownies, the ladybehind me just ordered a coffee and she was saying how ridiculous it was that we were waiting that long for a coffee (she wasstill waiting). The chai tea was awful, I ended up throwing it away. The ONLY reason I waited so long was for the brownies as asurprise for coworkers. I felt like if I asked for a refund, I would be waiting just as long for her to handle that as I wouldjust waiting it out. I had high hopes for the chai tea, but was let down.
