Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I order from here all the time with no complaints. I do both pickup and delivery... & it?s hot with both options. 80 minute wait time estimate, 2 1/2 hours later finally got the pizza. The girl on the phone was nice and apologetic. But they... need to let people know they have ONE delivery driver. By the time we got it we had to leave for an appointment. ???? Read more
I love the pick 2 for 6.99. The only disappointment was not being informed that I can pick two topping on the medium pizza.
MOST INCONSIDERATE TREATMENT I'VE EVER RECEIVED FROM A BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DOMINO'S. I prepaid for my pizzas... & told her I would wait in my car because all seats inside were taken. During that time, I watched numerous Dominoes employeesdeliver pizzas to people waiting in their cars. After over 35 minutes waiting, I went inside to status my order. She removedthe order from the warming oven & handed them to me. I was VERY aggravated that they made no attempt to inform me they wereready or bring them out to me. After an hour and a half wait that was advertised as 50-60 minutes for delivery, calling into store revealed that they had not... even started making my pizza. After I offer to come in and pick it up myself, I find that they charged me $4 extra for subbingtwo toppings for two I did not want. I placed my order for delivery and according to their tracker it started the quality review process at 6:32pm. I called over an... hour later it was still sitting at the store. They couldn?t tell me when it would be delivered because they didn?t know howmany order were ahead of me. I cancelled my order - there was no way I was spending that much money on a pizza that was overan hour old. They didn?t act surprised when I said I wanted to cancel. So I ordered pizza q couple night ago, and it said it would take about 1 hour. I saw the pizza was finished cooking, but it say... there for over 45 minutes. I was exhausted an hungry so I didn't complain about my cold pizza I just nuked it and went to bed.It was not satisfying or very enjoyable but it was filling. I went to bed disappointed, and just accepted it. 2 days later Iget an email apologizing for the pizza being unsatisfactory. This absolutely blew me away. I am a restaurant manager and I amincredibly customer service orientated. Most restaurants will just send things they know aren't great and hope they don't getcomplaints.
