Absolutely worst experience ever. The place was super loud. My wife and I couldn't even have a conversation. The service was... horrible. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to get our food and the place wasn't even that busy. The food was full of Grease,flavorless, dry and cool to the touch, The Margarita's we order from the bar tastes like watered down dish soap. This is verydisappointing because I really wanted to like this place. It's close to home and I love Mexican food, unfortunately this justisn't it. To top if off I paid $119.00 for three plates of food we couldn't eat and a couple of bad drinks from the bar. Read more

So excited when they opened a location so close to us. We have visited their Uptown and Heath locations many times over the... years so been fans for a while. My wife and I had our first lunch date outing after our new baby so we were excited. We ordereda mojito and a mango margarita to start, they were well balance, good alcohol and tasty but not over syrupy. We then got thequeso as an appetizer and it was a great start. However, what I had been craving and looking forward to was the fajitas. Theynever disappoint, always tender and the veggies cooled to perfection (I request for them to be well cooked for a morecaramelized feel). Tortillas and sides finished the full meal. This restaurant is nice, it has nice esthetics. That being said, right off the bat you can tell they need help with service... because the few servers they did have were running. Our server was working really hard and he was really nice and made sure wehad everything despite his lack of help. They obviously need help in the kitchen as well because the food was a miss for me. Mygroup had started with the Table Side Guacamole along with the salsa, and they had a good flavor. I had the Pineapple MezcalMargarita and it was pretty good, so were their Martinis - it was the food that was the real bummer though. We had the StuffedGrilled Poblano with fajita and the Brisket Tacos and they were both so-so. The relleno was a bit bland and the fajita meat wasok - the whole thing was lacking any type of flavor. The Brisket Tacos were the same - they could've had more flavor.Unfortunately, the rice and beans were in the same boat...bland. I didn't feel like trying dessert because I was verydisappointed with how my meal went. All in all, I might come back for drinks and snacks for happy hour because those were prettygood, but I'm not sure I would stop in for food. Read more

Food was excellent, service was excellent and mango margaritas were EXCELLENT!! Jennifer was our server and did such a great... job. Awesome experience on a Friday at lunchtime! The salsa was refilled often as were chips and tea! Loved the Taco Salad! Hubby had... #8 on Lunch Menu. Enchiladas-rice and beans. Hit the spot! Always hopeful when a new restaurant opens near home. Manny's is bright, cheerful, with open seating, bar and outside patio. I... ordered the tamales with rice and beans for the win. The rice is really awesome delicious, the beans tasty and the tamalessavory. The chile con carne for the tamales is WOW. There are so many menu items that look good, we will be back to try themout.
