I?m an UberEats delivery driver and we?re supposed to pick up in lobby until the lobby closes then go through the drive-thru. If... it is necessary I don?t mind it but when you close the lobby more than 30 minutes early and then cause me to wait another 20minutes for the order because of how slow the drive-they is only to skip over me when it was my turn to be served then itbecomes ridiculous! One of the worst McDonald's in the area. Every single time we order, either in person or Uber, food is missing, wrong type or we... get someone else's food altogether. Each time we call up there we are told the food was right and they hang up. I put in acomplaint with McDonald's corporate, and all they could say was email Uber. First off, Uber doesn't put the food in the bags,the McDonald's workers do, second we didn't even order through Uber for the complaint I was making. Every time we come here there?s a problem. Either the order is wrong, we?re missing items, charged for a different order, or the... staff is rude. We started using the app since everyone said it helps, but it doesn?t. They still get the orders wrong, and thenthey cancel the mobile order when you?re waiting in line and tell you to pay at the window instead, which means you won?t getyour points. Read more
Finally a McDonald's that actually gets it right. Most of the time I ask for well done fries so that they aren't soggy. Most... locations forget or are in a rush and don't do it. I placed a mobile order at 8:25 am, I arrived at the location and then submitted which waiting spot I was in by 8:27 a.m. I sat... there and waited and waited and watched as cars just continued to move through the drive-thru line. And then I eventually wentinside at 8:50 a.m.. told them that I've just been sitting in the car waiting for a long time and they couldn't even find myorder! Had to repeat what I got, showed them my order on my phone. Waited another few minutes to actually get my order and allthey said was oh I'm so sorry and did absolutely nothing else to make up for all that time I spent waiting. Read more
This is the best McDonald's in the area, including the one in Murphy, Wylie and at 78 and George Bush! I mean everytime I have... been there they are super fast, the food is exactly how I asked for it, and service was polite and with a smile! My hat's off tothe ownership all the way down to the regular team members! Doing a great job! I live in Wylie and if I want McD's bad enough Iwill forego our store in Wylie (which is terrible BTW) and drive all the way to this store to get my fill on McDonald's! I can'tsay if this is everyone's experience at this location but if I am 100% then everyone else can be far behind! Ya'll are trulygreat! Read more
