This is my usual location, kinda disappointed in them tonight. Ordered through them app, arrived on time, but I had to wait... extra 15 minutes. The food wasn?t fresh or hot either. There was only one car in front of me, maybe there was a large order,but I expected at least hot food when I received my order, not food that?s been sitting there. Read more

Usually go here every weekend morning, they give out cold hashbrowns everyday and today I got a cinnamon roll. They gave it to... me frozen. Everyone inside looks like every customer is an inconvenience. Early weekend crew needs some TLC whataburger. Read more

Customer service is important in any business. I can tolerate that there was a mistake on my order today but when I have to park... my car, get out and go inside to correct it I expect courtesy and acknowledgement. As I stood at the end of the counter a youngman walked past me to wait on a customer who came in after me. He had looked at me in the eyes but didn't say a word, no smile,nothing as I held up two burgers. When he finished helping the customer he turned and looked at me again. I was expectingservice surely at this point but he walked to the back where others were cooking. He paced back and forth, looking at me. Iwanted to speak up but was trying to be patient also. After some time a gentleman walked from the food prep area to deliver anorder to a table customer. He saw the burgers I was holding and did ask what I needed. I told him, he took the burgers and tookthem to the back, but his next words were spoken with a little rudeness in his tone like it's was trouble for them because theyhave to do the burgers again. I had glances from two other employees but was never greeted and never saw a smile. As I've beenin the retail industry most of my life I can say that good customer service is paramount! This was an unusual morning. I really like this establishment. However, this time the sausage was much too salty and the person... on the window miss the total of the bill two times. Conclusion, she had to pay the difference. How about that for service. Read more

This Whataburger could benefit from relocating the drive thru speaker and menu board earlier 3 feet or place some signs that say... ?Please pull forward so the guests behind you can order? I swear this location takes so much longer because there are only ever2-3 drive thru orders in the queue and being prepared because other guests ready to order cannot place their order until theperson at the front of the line is gone. If that takes 3 minutes and Whataburger are all made to order, then their order getsstarted 3 minutes later + the time it takes to speak the order to the order taker. 30 minutes into my wait in an otherwise short(distance) drive thru.
