I ordered a whopper cheese combo with mozzarella sticks. Got home, mozzarella sticks were ice cold and hard. I bit into my... whopper only to taste mold. Sure enough I looked at the bottom of my burger and evidence of mild . This will be the last time Iwill eat at this BK. This isn't the first time I've received poor quality food, cold burgers, cold fries, chicken hard as rockand long waiting times. The mold topped it ! This shouldn't happen as dates should be checked every day on the buns and bediscarded if they are past that date. I used to work at this establishment when it first opened. With rising cost for food, andother anemeities , we should be getting the quality that we are paying for. Read more
Drove in at 8:30 pm and nobody answering the drive thru, inside was closed, and drove up to window and two staff sat there and... looked at us but did not open window to explain why they were closed or why they weren?t answering Called the number on websiteand it has been disconnected. Placed order at 7:08; only 3 people in the restaurant at the time. At 7:30 still did not receive order and complained. Manager... had no comment or explanation other than " sorry". Totally bad service from BURGER KING in Sackville, NB Read more
Bought chicken fries and they were not edible. Barely any chicken inside and the batter texture was like biting into a rock.... Seemed like the chicken fries had been cooked early that morning and had been sitting all day in the warmer. My experience withthe Burger King at this location has been poor almost every time. Well I?ve had a few experiences here. Food is burger king food it?s pretty fair. The first experience was I caught crabs from... the toilet seat after evacuating my Bowles into the toilet. Soaked myself in brake cleaner fixed myself up. But the second timewas way more disturbing, what seemed too be two big men in the bathroom. They where both pants down doing what you can guess.When suddenly one hollered ?INCOMING? and all the sudden let out what sounded a bigfoot mating sound out and the other guystarted making these squealing noises. Nice new restaurant co-located with a Tim Hortons just off the ramp at Sackville NB. They have a Drive Thru as well. Great... stop for a quick bite if you are on the TCH passing Sackville, NB. Read more
First time having the "Impossible Whopper" and I must say it was really good. I would order one again. The restaurant itself was... very slow to process orders and the restaurant itself was so dark it looks closed from the street. Also didn't help that thefront door was locked because they share an entrance with the 24 hour Tim Hortons, which was closed. I later saw a side dooropen for Burger King but it wasn't advertised well. Ended up in the drive thru and three orders took 10-15 minutes...that's toolong. Special Orders should be told to wait in the parking lot, this will help the easier orders to move through the drive thruquicker. Read more
