Simply the worst Tim Hortons I've ever experienced by a mile. The wait was so long I got out of the car to see what the issue... was. Found 2 employees outside smoking while the line for service was soiling onto the street. Eventually we left the line asdid other. Unbelievably poor service. Read more
Stopped in for a coffee while traveling. Staff seemed friendly.
Waited close to 25 mins for a BLT. Couple in front of me waited 30 mins for 2 salads, once they received them, they were wrong.... They sent them back and then they remade them wrong again. My BLT also had turkey on it, which I did not ask for. Also only toldme 25 mins into making my food that they were out of wedges, gave me hashbrowns instead that were still frozen. One employeethrew her hands up and said I quit. Everyone in the line up was joking how horrible this place was and telling everyone comingin to only order coffee or they would be there for 30 mins. The machine for chocolate chills was not working, they only had small and large cups for ice caps, they had no vanilla dip... donuts, and they didn't ask for the rewards card before asking for the money to purchase our drinks. The app hasn't been workingwell so we decided to ask for a physical card. When we asked for a new rewards card we were told they don't have them anymore.So then when the female employee passed us one of our large VERY HOT triple, triple coffes the cover wasn't on and spilled allover the car, myself and my spouse! We said "the cover wasn't on" and we got no apology or offer to give us napkins to clean itup. Her response was "thank you"! Worst experience ever! Read more

Food is good but they get my order wrong very often. Once gave me 2 drinks when I asked for 1 and acted rude when I was confused... about the second drink. Gave me coffee instead of a French vanilla. Today they forgot to put chicken into my crispy chickenhabanero wrap. Very bad customer service and the line is always absurdly long. I avoid coming here in the mornings because Iknow that I'll be late if I try going inside or using the drive-thru. Honestly the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Ifyou're hungry then McDonalds and Subway are just across the street and they won't make you wait 25 mins for your food. Read more
