I love the friendliness of the staff, but consistently do not get what I ordered. I called in and spoke to a manager a couple of... weeks ago just sharing the experience and he gave me some free drink cards to try again. Thank goodness today it was freebecause I asked for seven caramel in my cappuccino, double checked before leaving,, was told yes it had been done, let it coolwent to my doctor's appointment and it's black. Really unfortunate but I can't justify spending $4 somewhere if they can't havethe courtesy to actually make my order. Read more

DoorDashed myself and my coworkers rushes. Order was missing one. I called (twice) they told me to reorder through DoorDash and... be charged again. Nothing they can do? Restaurants have the ability to reprocess a DoorDash due to issues. They refused and saidto call back to talk to a manager. Very unhelpful employees. Read more
Love AJ's, however they missed the steamed milk in my London Fog so all I got was a large tea with vanilla.

I was doing a pickup for 1 drink and a sandwich. They took over 20 minutes. I drove for 5 to get to the location, pickup time... limit was in 5 minutes after I arrived. They did over 10 other vehicles while I was parked waiting for the order. They gave methe drink and sandwich without a bag or holder. Read more
