Staff takes forever just to take your order regardless of how many people they?re serving that day. They often get your order... wrong, forget to have it prepared, or don?t announce it when it gets do the counter, not to mention anything that isn?t a donutis overcooked every time. I?d use the app but for literally no reason it won?t take my card. Manager openly treats heremployees like garbage, particularly the ones I appreciate the most. It?s no wonder they struggle so much. I was surprised this morning by how the manager acted this morning. They gave me the wrong order when I told the person at the... window who told me to keep it as they couldn't give to anyone else. In the mean time I had to wait until they made my bagel thegirl came back and said she had to take back the wrong order at the mangers request she shouldn't of given it to me..what?
